I've been noticing some problems with the tracking system and the delivery times we've been promised. The package tracking doesn't always give the right information or update regularly, which means customers are left not knowing where their parcels are. On top of that, there have been a few times when the delivery dates we were given weren't kept to, causing annoyance and trouble for the folks expecting their packages. It's really important for the company to sort out these issues quickly so we can keep our customers happy and trusting in what we do.

I wasn't keen on the pressure to sign up for extra things. I told them I couldn't because of money worries, but they wouldn't leave me alone. So now I've got to sort things out with the lawyers. But the course itself wasn't too bad, to be honest.
