I recently renewed my van insurance with this company and I must say, I had a really good experience. The customer service representative I spoke to was really helpful and knew their stuff. I've just got myself a new insurance policy and decided to give the company a ring for some extra checks. Luckily, the person I spoke to was really helpful and knew their stuff. Insurance Policy Renewal
My insurance policy was due for renewal, however, before doing so, I needed to have a chat with a chap named George. He had some things to check before proceeding. George advised me to include my partner in the policy, which actually saved me £48! He was really helpful, very professional, and pleasant to speak with. I'll definitely reach out to him again when the time comes to renew our car insurance.
Policy changes, deposit refund issue
I had a really bad experience with this company. They said my no claims discount couldn't transfer from my car to my van, even though my new insurance company had no problem with it. They said it was in the policy, but I couldn't see that anywhere. On top of that, they hiked up my policy by £400 after the changes. I had to cancel and find a different provider. I was hoping for a full refund on my deposit as I was still within the 14-day cooling off period, but they hit me with a £90 cancellation fee, which is really high compared to other companies. And as if that wasn't enough, I kept getting emails from a finance company days after I cancelled, showing that they're really slow with paperwork. My advice would be to stay away from them.
