The customer service rep really went the extra mile to help me find a light that was out of stock. They even sorted out the delivery for a time that suited me. They kept in touch the whole time and made me feel like a valued customer. Definitely recommend them!

Stay in Torcross Cottage
My stay at a cottage in Torcross with Toad Hall Cottages was a bit of a let-down. Although the cottage itself was nice, there were some issues that needed sorting out. I mentioned these in my review, but it was swiftly removed by the company. When I tried to talk to them about it, they just brushed me off, saying they were looking into it. It seems like they only want to show perfect 5-star reviews and don't want to deal with any real feedback. It's been two weeks since I raised my concerns and I still haven't heard anything back. This lack of responsibility and openness is really disappointing, and has put me off using their services again.

Holiday package booking
Recently, I booked a holiday package that included flights, transfers, and accommodation with this company called Travelpack. It's been a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. I had to go back and forth with them to confirm all the details and then paid the full price. But then they sent me a confirmation email with changes that we didn't even discuss or agree on. I was really surprised and let down by their lack of communication and professionalism. Even when my travel agent tried to sort things out, the director of Travelpack was really rude and not helpful at all, which just made me even more annoyed. After all of this, I definitely won't be recommending Travelpack to anyone after this terrible experience.

Sterling silver ring with opals
I recently bought this really nice ring with opals, right? But then, one of the opals fell out after just 6 hours of wearing it! I was really disappointed, especially as I had to fly back home the next day. When I emailed customer service, they said, "Oh, we only do exchanges in store." What a pain! I live on the other side of the world! The quality of the jewellery was definitely not good and the customer service was a big disappointment.
