I went and got this battery and charger from this shop. The battery was dead easy to find, but the charger took a bit more searching. It's fine though, 'cause they were both reasonably priced. And you know what? The charger even comes with a 3 year warranty, which is a nice touch.

Online shopping experience
My first and last order turned out to be a really disappointing shopping experience. When I placed the order, the shipping address that was used was not the one I had entered at the checkout - it was a random one in the UK, even though I was shopping from Italy. There was no clear information about this on the website. I tried reaching out via email and Facebook, but only got a reply through email after waiting for two days. The tracking code was only given in the first email and wasn't provided in any other correspondence or in my account. I was worried about losing the email and not being able to track my package. All in all, it was a very old-fashioned online shopping experience that made me regret my purchase in the end.

Desk chair purchase
I recently got this desk chair from a company and honestly, it's been a let-down all around. To begin with, I never got a confirmation for my order, just a tracking number from the delivery company. The delivery was late and when it came time to put the chair together, the holes didn't match up properly, so I had to skip one screw. Once it was all set up, it didn't look anything like the picture they showed. Just after using it once, one of the bars at the front of the seat has buckled already, making it really uncomfortable to sit on. I've decided not to bother with customer service, since I've given up on this purchase and won't order from them again.

Bikini return issue
I've had a really bad experience with my return at this shop. I returned some unworn bikinis with all the hygiene labels still on, but when I got my refund, three items were missing. I tried to get in touch with customer service through emails and live chat, but I didn't get anywhere. The customer service advisors didn't seem to understand my issues and didn't fix the problem. I really wouldn't recommend ordering from this shop if you think you might need to return something.
