Clothing and gifts
The customer service in this shop is absolutely amazing! Maria is just so lovely and always goes out of her way to help, making shopping so easy. She really knows her stuff and always makes sure I am happy with what I buy. I have never been let down by the quality of the clothes and gifts I have got from here. I would definitely recommend it!
Sizing issues
I bought something recently, and the ordering was fine but I had a big problem with the size. I ordered an extra small, but what I got was way too big. It was so big that it would even fit my mum who wears a size large! This issue with the size was really disappointing as now I can't wear the product. I think it would be a good idea for the company to take another look at their sizing to stop customers from being unhappy in the future.
Refund issue
I've just had a bit of a let-down with a refund I was expecting after returning an item to a store. I sent a few emails but never got a response and my refund never came through. I ended up having to take it further by making a claim on PayPal. It's frustrating how there has been little communication or follow-up from the company. Trust and satisfaction are really important for any business to thrive.
Misleading product description
I'm really disappointed with the customer service at this store. I've been a loyal customer for years and I expected better treatment when I brought up a genuine issue with the products I purchased. Instead of helping me, the staff member I spoke to just argued with me for ages, without showing any empathy or understanding.
Lots of clothes for school
Oh my gosh, seriously, this shop is taking absolutely ages to ship my stuff! It's really annoying! I've ordered from other places before and they arrive so quickly, but not this one! It's like they're taking forever or something, I don't know. And let's not even mention all the times they've messed up my order - missing items, wrong style, I mean, come on! And now I'm still waiting for a package I ordered ages ago. Ugh, it's so frustrating!
Express delivery purchase
I recently bought something with express delivery because I needed it quickly, but it took way longer than expected to arrive. When I contacted customer service about the delay, they didn't give me any clear answers or a definite delivery date. I was disappointed by this lack of communication and efficiency, especially since I paid extra for express delivery. It seems like this company's express delivery isn't very reliable or trustworthy, based on my experience and what others have told me. I was hoping for a faster and more reliable delivery, but that wasn't what I got in the end.
Express shipping disappointment
I placed an express shipping order, hoping to get my item in 2-5 business days. But after I got the order confirmation, I waited for two days without hearing anything about shipping. When I reached out to customer service through chat, they told me the item I wanted wasn't available and I would get a refund. It was annoying to find out they didn't even know about my order, causing all this hassle.
Leggings return
I went back to the shop to return a pair of leggings I'd bought, and I noticed they were on sale for a lower price. Jessica and another guy were really helpful and kind in sorting everything out for me. Now I really like this store!
Poor customer service experience
I recently had a bit of a bad experience with one of the staff members, called 'Jabulile'. Their customer service skills were really not up to scratch. I had a legitimate complaint about a missing item in my order, but instead of helping me, they accused me of lying. On top of that, they struggled to communicate properly because their English wasn't great. Even when I tried to contact a different email address, I kept getting responses from Jabulile, which just made things worse. It was really frustrating and left me feeling like they didn't care about me as a customer.
Noodle and crisp bowls
I bought some noodle and crisp bowls more than a year ago, and they've held up really well! The quality is top-notch and the delivery was really fast. They were packaged really nicely so nothing got damaged.
Online order
I ordered something online not long ago but the whole thing was a bit of a let-down. They told me it would take 1-4 business days to get to the store, but after waiting for 3 weeks without hearing anything, I had to contact customer support. They told me there was a problem with processing my order, even though they had already taken the money from my account. I was annoyed that they didn't bother to let me know about the issue with my order.
Two pairs of leggings
I bought two pairs of leggings from this shop not long ago. The delivery went well and the leggings were good quality. However, they turned out to be too short for me, so I had to return them. When I tried to email customer service to ask about the return process and costs, my emails wouldn't go through. This lack of communication and poor customer service really disappointed me and left me feeling frustrated with the whole experience.
Order never received, no refund
I ordered something a while ago, and it still hasn't arrived. Can you believe they haven't refunded me either? I've sent them so many emails, but they just ignore me. I couldn't even buy a birthday gift for my daughter because of their mistake. Don't bother spending your money here, trust me!

I was looking to buy some clothes online, but all I could see were these plastic ones! They seemed to take over the entire website and I couldn't find any cotton clothes at all. It's really unfair for people like me who have skin issues and can't wear plastic clothes. It's so frustrating!

I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place online. I placed an order recently and it was a total disaster. Got a notification saying my parcel was delivered and signed for, but when I checked, it was nowhere to be found. I used to be a regular customer, but after this mess, I won't be buying from them again.
Bella Bootleg Pants
I recently bought two pairs of Bella Bootleg Pants from the store. At first, I was happy with how they looked and how they fitted. But then, when I wore one pair for the first time, I saw that the seam was starting to come undone. Worried about the quality, I got in touch with customer service to talk about it. I said I could fix them myself but asked for a discount because the product wasn't up to scratch. But, they just said I could only get a refund if I sent the trousers back. I think that's not great, and it's not good for the environment either. These days, with everyone talking about sustainability, it's disappointing to see a company not owning up to its mistakes like Cotton On. It's not just that their stuff isn't very good, but they also don't seem to care about how they affect the environment.
New jeans and t-shirt
I purchased a pair of jeans and a t-shirt from this shop, but the woman running it was really unfriendly and disrespectful. She kept interrupting me, raised her voice on the phone twice, and basically said my issue wasn't her concern. The ceramic item I bought ended up breaking, but she showed no interest in helping. She definitely needs some training in how to treat customers properly, and she needs it soon.
Green jeans purchase
I recently bought a pair of green jeans from this shop and, to be honest, it was a total let-down. After I washed them just once, the colour got all patchy, which meant I couldn't really wear them anymore. When I tried to swap them at the shop, they flat-out refused to help me out. So, I decided to get in touch with their online customer service team, who told me to send the jeans back by post because it was a fault in the product. But, guess what? When the jeans came back to me, there was a note saying that I had to return items bought in-store... in-store. The whole situation was a real headache and left me feeling really annoyed and like I'd wasted my money. I splashed out $70 on these jeans that I couldn't even put on, and it seemed like nobody wanted to sort it out for me. I've made up my mind now - I won't be giving this company any more of my business.
Local store experience
My time at the store in Marrickville Metro has been absolutely amazing. The manager there is so friendly, helpful, and really knows their stuff when it comes to all the products. I love how they always go out of their way to help with any questions I have. The range of sizes available in-store and online is really impressive, and the staff are great at helping you find the perfect fit. I feel really comfortable shopping in this store because I know I'll get top-notch advice and help from the sales team. Overall, my visits to this local shop have been fantastic thanks to the incredible customer service they provide.
