Wrong cushion covers
I ordered some cushion covers, but they sent me the wrong colour! I've been trying to get replacement covers since March, and they just keep messing me around. I call them, I send emails, I even message them on Instagram, but they hardly ever bother to reply. And when they do, it's just lies! They keep telling me they've ordered the replacements and that I'll receive an update, but it never happens! This company's customer service is honestly the worst I've ever come across. I actually work in complaints myself, and I'll be taking this further because it's just absolutely terrible. How on earth can they treat customers like this? It's an absolute disgrace!
Garden furniture purchase
I was a bit unsure at first because of some bad reviews, but I was really happy with how fast my order arrived and the updates I got from the delivery company. I would definitely order from them again.
Stockholm corner deluxe set purchase
The Stockholm corner deluxe set was even better than I expected in terms of both quality and value for money. I was a bit unsure at first because of some negative reviews, but I'm really pleased I decided to go for it because it arrived quickly and looks amazing in our home. My husband didn't have any trouble putting it together and now it's a real focal point in our space. Lots of people have commented on how great it looks and have asked us where we got it from.
Furniture purchase
I was a bit unsure about buying from this company because of some bad reviews, but I'm happy to say that it was actually a good experience. The furniture turned up on time and was just like they said it would be. The only little issue was that the assembly instructions got muddled up with the letters b and d, but we managed to work it out pretty easily.
Palma Set Purchase
I ordered the Palma Set back in February and let me tell you, the wait was a long one! It was supposed to be delivered in mid April, but ended up arriving a week late. The set is actually really good quality, but I did have a bit of trouble trying to connect the two sofas together.
Lima Rattan Corner Lounge Set
Despite the mixed reviews, I thought I'd give the Lima Rattan Corner Lounge Set a try. I placed my order on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised when they told me it would be delivered on the following Wednesday. The big box full of pieces turned up first thing in the morning, and I got started putting it together at 2.00pm. Luckily, everything was just like they said on the website, and it was easy to build - I was done by 3.30pm. I'm really happy with both the product and the service I received. I get that other people might have had a different time, but I can only speak for how good my experience was with the company. So, if you're thinking about buying from them, I'd say go for it!
Santorini furniture set
Although I had some reservations after reading reviews, I went ahead and bought the Santorini furniture set from this company. It did take a bit of time for them to pick up the phone initially, but when they did, the customer service was actually pretty good. The furniture arrived a couple of weeks later than expected, but it wasn't a major problem as they had let us know about the delay beforehand. The Santorini set is really impressive, and the quality is top-notch. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely suggest this company to others.
Never Again Purchase
I must say, that company is just terrible! When I tried to get in touch with their customer service, it was a nightmare. They were really rude and didn't even properly help me out. And let's not even talk about the delivery – it took ages, and when my order did eventually arrive, it was completely wrong! Such a letdown.
Two furniture deliveries
I've ordered furniture for the second time now. I had to pick a different piece, but managed to get it at the same price. The delivery guys were really nice and I appreciated being kept updated by email. It was easy to put the furniture together. Big shoutout to Albert!
Online order for furniture
I ordered some furniture online from this company, and honestly, it's been a total nightmare. They took my money, but I haven't received a single item. I've tried contacting them, but they haven't been very helpful at all. They said they'd get back to me within a certain timeframe, but they didn't stick to it. I can't emphasise enough how disappointed I am with the whole situation. It's really not good, and I would advise everyone to be careful if they're thinking of dealing with them.
Outdoor furniture and cushion box
What a nightmare! I ordered my outdoor furniture set and cushion box back in March, and I've had hardly any communication from them since. Their website said it would be delivered by the end of May, but despite my best efforts, I've just been given excuses. No tracking information, no confirmation, just broken promises. When it eventually turned up, the furniture was faulty and the cushion box was nowhere to be seen. Now they're saying it won't be back in stock until August. It's been a real mission trying to contact anyone at this company - their products are shoddy and their customer service is abysmal. Avoid them at all costs.
Outdoor furniture purchase
The first delivery of our outdoor furniture was a nightmare really, as the table glass got smashed during transport. But luckily, we got in touch with customer services and they sorted out a replacement glass in no time, which was a huge relief. The corner sofa we got is just brilliant, and now that the weather's gotten better, we're loving spending time on it in the garden. It looks amazing and has really spruced up our outdoor area. There's plenty of space for when we have friends round, but it's not too bulky. All in all, we're really happy with our purchase and the service we got from the company.
Awesome purchase!
I was a bit worried at first because the prices were so good, but turns out this place is legit. I got my order, but one thing was missing and some stuff was broken. But the guys at the store were really helpful and gave me a refund quickly. They even sent me a new item to replace the broken one. I highly recommend them because they're awesome and their prices are good.
Desk chair purchase
I recently got this desk chair from a company and honestly, it's been a let-down all around. To begin with, I never got a confirmation for my order, just a tracking number from the delivery company. The delivery was late and when it came time to put the chair together, the holes didn't match up properly, so I had to skip one screw. Once it was all set up, it didn't look anything like the picture they showed. Just after using it once, one of the bars at the front of the seat has buckled already, making it really uncomfortable to sit on. I've decided not to bother with customer service, since I've given up on this purchase and won't order from them again.
Online shopping disaster
I can't believe how cheeky this company is. I spent nearly £700 on a purchase and not only have I not got my stuff, but no one is picking up the phone or replying to my emails. It's as if my money has vanished into thin air. This dodgy behaviour is totally unacceptable and I am not going to stop until I get some explanations and my money back.
Furniture cover purchase
I recently bought a furniture cover from your store, but I received the wrong one. When I called to sort it out, the customer service was unhelpful and confusing. They suggested a more expensive cover as a replacement, which hasn't arrived as promised. I'm feeling very frustrated and it's costing me extra money.
Garden set purchase
I was really let down by the garden furniture I bought. After using it for just a few months and keeping it stored correctly, the covers began falling apart when I washed them following the instructions. When I raised this issue, all I got was a sorry excuse like "we only offer a 1-year warranty". It's just not good enough!

I ordered an outdoor dining set back in March but unfortunately it's been nothing but delays in getting it delivered to me. I paid for it upfront, yet after several weeks of chasing them up, I still haven't received a refund. It's been really frustrating to say the least!

I ordered some garden furniture but I haven't been able to contact the company to arrange delivery. They're ignoring my emails and when I tried calling the phone number, I just got an answerphone with no call back. I'm starting to worry that it might be a scam.
Palma Rattan Set
Avoid! Terrible customer service. Ordered with a Winter discount said it was £1499 reduced to £449. Ordered with delivery stated 5-10 working days. No contact after 2 weeks so emailed, got the usual ’working out delivery route’ email in response. Then 3 weeks still ‘working out the route.’ By 4 weeks they said the delivery company was being changed and refunded the £35 delivery cost as a goodwill gesture (at my request). After 7 weeks I gave up, emailed snd they refunded within 24 hours. Also noticed on site the same set is now showing as £1799 reduced to £549 so they just make up random prices as it was never that much in the first place
