    ABSOLUTE SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM COMPANY. I BY MISTAKE CLICKED ON THE GET MY TOOL KIT HAVE NOT YET STARTED THE COURSE YET BECAUSE I HAVE ANOTHER ON GOING COURSE WAITING WAITING FOR THE REFUND BACK.

    Professional Diploma in Nutrition

    I'm half way through both the Professional Diploma in Nutrition and the Professional Diploma in Nutrition for Sports and Exercise, which I am taking simultaneously.

    So far I'm enjoying both courses and have found the information to be both useful, and presented in a digestible way (no pun intended!)

    My issues so far are about how Shaw Academy itself is managed. I have emailed customer service a couple of times with questions and received a response within 48 hours both times. These responses seemed to be from a human and not an auto-response.

    However, I have also emailed the course lecturer with questions on one occasion and received no response. It is my aim to try one more time to send her questions and see if she gets back to me or not, as this will be vital to me deciding whether or not to continue. I need to be able to contact the lecturer, otherwise I will try a different institution.

    My other issue is regarding the BOMBARDING of emails. Some days I receive between 15-20 emails from Shaw Academy - I wish I was exaggerating here. Many are repeat emails promising me that I have "only 3 days left to pre-order my e-certificate", Which is obviously nonsense, because if I complete the module I should of course be able to order the module certificate towards the END, not right at the beginning when I am still evaluating the course and whether I want to continue.

    The fact that I get this same email on different days leads me to realise it is obviously a marketing ploy and not true - I can still order it whenever I like - but they are employing the cheap tactic of a false deadline.

    Despite their lazy marketing practice (and I work for a marketing company) I am still enjoying the courses themselves.

    house in the country for two weeks

    There are a lot of houses to choose from, so that's good. The reservation process is also very easy and accommodating.

    The house itself was bigger than expected, but not as clean... A little dusty but not too bad though.

    Would book here again.

    I have waited for weeks for a reply. I have been told this company has taken my deposit as we were unable to travel due to COVID 19. I have not ben given the opportunity to move the booking. Appalling service, still challenging 4 weeks later on Facebook, NOT GOOD

    Do you have a number I just haven't email but they took my money and the lady that owns house says it was sold 2 months ago I was house-less for my daughter's Sweet 16

    I would not recommend Belvilla to my worst enemy. Having booked a house in France last November for 22nd August 2020 and paid fully in July I subsequently had to cancel due to the FCO advice about having to self isolate on our return. I explained to Belvilla by email on several occasions that if we had gone our insurance would have been invalidated and 2 of our family could not self-isolate because of jobs. I was eventually told that the FCO's advise was just that and as it was only advise we could still have gone to France and therefore we will not get any refund or voucher. I waited weeks for a reply to the many emails I sent . Also the lady who owns the house in France tells me she will not be renting it through Belvilla again because of the appalling service she has had from them. I will be writing to BBC Watchdog about this dreadful company. Please don't book through this company.

    We booked through Airbnb and had to chance due to Covid travel restrictions and they would not refund our deposit of £890... they have basically robbed us!!
    Never use this company!!!

    Would not recommend. We want to change our holiday dates as we are currently not allowed to travel to belgium (corona rules). Unable to find phone number for Belvilla. They are not flexibe or understanding.
