Garden conversation set purchase
I recently bought a garden conversation set after seeing an ad in a well-known newspaper. Ordering it was easy and quick. The delivery company kept me updated at every step, which was really helpful. The set is really nice and well-made. It did take a bit of time to assemble, as my husband did it by himself, but the instructions were clear and all the parts were labelled correctly. The final result is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Order no 103290440
I placed my order on 4th May and was told it would arrive between the 7th and 10th May. However, it's now 14th May and my order still hasn't shown up. When I check the app, it just says "preparing" next to my order. I've tried to get in touch with customer service via email, but the replies have been few and far between. I was really counting on those goods for this week, so I'm pretty let down that they're not here yet.

Oh my goodness, I am absolutely in love with the shoes I bought! They are just so amazing - the style is great and the quality is top-notch. Alana and Chloe, who work there, were incredibly friendly and treated me like a real person, which I really appreciated. I ended up getting a pair of Van Gogh loafers and they are just fantastic, I can't get enough of them! Unauthorized charges dispute resolution
I had a bit of trouble with some dodgy charges from this company not too long ago. After a few back and forth emails, they finally agreed to give back the money they took without asking me first. They said the refund should come through in about a week. Before I clocked on, they'd actually charged me 6 times at £29.90 each! I asked for some proof that I agreed to these charges, but they couldn't come up with anything.
