Loafers and T-shirt
I recently bought a pair of loafers and a t-shirt from the store and I have to say I am really impressed with the quality of the items. Although there was a small issue with the delivery address, the customer service team were very quick and efficient in sorting it out. The loafers are really top-notch and I was really happy to receive them in perfect condition. The t-shirt, even though it's made of soft material, unfortunately, turned out to be too small and tight on the arms for me. But, I think that's more of a personal fit problem rather than a fault with the product itself. I gave some feedback about the sizing and I hope that future releases will have bigger sizes to cater to more customers. Despite that, I am happy with my purchase overall and the service I received from the company.
Shoes
Not like I didn't have fashion shoes to wear especially sneakers but when I saw a shoe worn by someone and made by Duke + Dexter, it caught my attention and I really wanted to have such product for myself as well. That led me to visiting Duke + Dexter website and was even more in love with what I saw. The simple description for their type of shoes was irresistible. Well, I ordered for some shoes and it's been good experiences wearing the shoes. Apart from making me feel confident, it is also very quality and obviously durable. So far, I have had people admiring and enquiring about the shoes. I give it to Duke + Dexter for creating wonderful shoes.
Loafers too tight but getting comfier.
I got a new pair of loafers and they were so tight when I first tried them on! I thought I got the right size, but they were really snug. After wearing them in for a bit and slowly stretching them out, they're starting to feel better. However, after a week, I noticed that the leather where you put the "pennies" in on one of the loafers is thinner than the other side, so it looks wonky! I considered sending them back, but I've already broken them in and they don't have my size anymore, so I guess I'll just have to live with it.
Exemplary Customer Service
The customer service team at this company was really great. In a time where good customer service can be hard to come by, it was really nice to see a team that really cares about their customers. They were quick to respond to my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The way they handled things was simple and efficient, and it really stuck with me. Dealing with the customs fees was made as easy as possible by the team, which I was really thankful for. Plus, the shoes I got were top-notch quality, making the whole experience even better.

Great fit, fantastic colours, comfortable soles
These shoes fit like a dream, the shape of the toe is really nice and comfy. There's loads of colours to choose from, so you can go for something classic or a bit bold if you fancy. But the best thing about these shoes is how comfy the soles are - I could wander around in them all day without any bother. All in all, I really like these shoes and I'll definitely be buying more in the future.

High-quality shoes, excellent customer service

Quick delivery, perfect fit, comfortable and stylish loafers
I was really pleased with how fast my loafers arrived in the US. They fit like a dream, which is a huge relief when buying shoes online. The best thing about these loafers is how comfy they are. Shoes are fab
I've bought these amazing shoes that I absolutely love, they're really cool. But oh my goodness, I had to pay a lot more money because of Brexit and all that. It's just not fair that I had to fork out so much extra just to get my shoes.
Loafer return, no refund
The customer service at this place is a complete joke. I gave back a pair of loafers that didn't fit over two weeks ago, and I haven't received any response from them since. They seem to be ignoring my emails, and it feels like they have no concern for their customers. It's absurd that they can't manage to deal with a basic refund, or even reply to a customer's query. It's as if they take pleasure in giving absolutely awful service.
Mules purchase
I bought a pair of mules from this brand recently and I ended up having to send them back because they didn't meet my expectations in terms of quality, especially for the price. I thought that for what I paid, I could have got a much higher quality product from a different brand, like Birkenstock Bostons. The overall workmanship and materials used just didn't seem worth the cost, and I was let down by my purchase.
Shoes
The delivery of my shoes took way longer than I thought it would, but when they finally got here, I was happy to see that they fit nicely. Although I've got to admit, the quality of the shoes wasn't quite as good as I thought it would be.
Wedding shoes for Italy
I absolutely love the shoes I bought for my wedding in Italy this summer, they are absolutely beautiful. I'm so excited to wear them on our welcome evening. But, I just want to give a heads up to other customers about the shipping costs to Europe. There are extra import duties that have to be paid, and they are pretty pricey, let me tell you. I ended up having to pay an additional 100 euros just to get my shoes released from customs in the Netherlands. This big fee on top of the already expensive shoes makes it tricky to return them if necessary.
Incorrect size ordered, request for exchange
I recently bought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter, but I accidentally got the wrong size. I wanted to give them to her as a gift, so it was really important to get the right size. When I realised my mistake, I quickly emailed customer service to ask for an exchange. Even though I tried my best, the order was still sent out in the wrong size. My granddaughter loves the shoes, but she obviously wants the correct size. It's been three days since I first contacted customer service, and I still haven't received a return label to fix the problem. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in sorting this out.

Express Delivery Experience
I recently bought a pair of shoes and chose Express Delivery because I needed them urgently for a wedding. However, it got to 72 hours later and they still hadn't turned up. I had to leave for the event at 7pm. The Customer Service team was helpful at first, but then they told me that the delay was beyond their control. It was a really disappointing experience.
Perfect loafer purchase
I finally came across the perfect pair of loafers after searching for months. They're absolutely gorgeous and fit my foot perfectly. The website suggested going up a size if you're in between sizes, but I measured my foot and decided to go with a size 7 instead of an 8, and they fit just right.
