Great customer service experience
I just wanted to say how pleased I was with my recent purchase. Fiona, the lady helping me out, was so kind and really went out of her way to help me with my questions. The items I bought were top-notch quality and the prices were fair too. I was amazed at how fast my stuff arrived! Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I got from this company.

Oh, this guy Dan was really great! I was struggling to upload some photos, but I had no idea what I was doing. Dan came to the rescue, offering to take a look at them over email. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions right away - he was a lifesaver!

Discounted Sim Racing wheel
I recently bought a discounted Sim Racing wheel from an online store, and I was actually really pleased with the whole thing. I placed my order on a Saturday and was a bit concerned when I hadn't been charged by Monday evening, thinking the website might not be trustworthy. But luckily, the product arrived on Tuesday as promised, and the payment went through late on Monday. The Sim Racing wheel was a real bargain at that price, and the delivery was super quick. I'm really happy with my purchase.

Faulty item needing to be returned.
I bought something at this store when I was on holiday, but when I got home, I found out it was faulty. I reached out to customer service to ask how to return it, but all they said was to take it back to the store where I bought it. Since I wasn't going back there anytime soon, that wasn't really helpful for me. Their lack of other suggestions and unhelpful short email just made me feel frustrated and like they weren't supporting me as a customer.
