Sports equipment
The live chat was fine, but my whole experience with MP was really disappointing. I ordered some sports gear for next day delivery, but then I found out later that they claimed my payment hadn't gone through without letting me know. I checked with my bank, and they said everything was fine, so it was worrying that MP didn't tell me anything. Even though they had accepted my card details and sent me a confirmation email, their answer was for me to cancel the order and do it all over again. It was really annoying and not very professional. I won't be ordering from MP in the future.
Order never arrived
I ordered something online, but it never arrived! They're saying I returned it, but how can I return something that I never got in the first place? I've tried to message them, but no response. Not cool at all, mate.

Recent coat purchase
I got a coat from this shop not long ago and I must say, I was really impressed. The price was fantastic, much cheaper than other stores I'd looked at. The coat is lovely, really good quality and just what I wanted. What I really liked was the customer service I got. They kept me in the loop with emails at every stage, from confirming my order to giving me shipping info. It made everything straightforward and hassle-free. All in all, I have no complaints and will definitely be coming back here for more shopping in the future.
I got wellies for Christmas present
I received a pair of wellies for Christmas, but unfortunately they weren't keeping my feet dry as they were letting in water. I reached out to them about it on the 5th of January, and it's now the 30th of January and the issue still hasn't been resolved. The customer service has been really disappointing. I would recommend avoiding making any purchases from this place!

I spoke to this really helpful customer service agent called Jennene. She was so understanding, professional, and sorted out my problem super quickly. I was really impressed with how she dealt with everything and felt really happy with the outcome. I think it's definitely worth shopping from this company, especially with team members like Jennene who really go the extra mile to help customers.
Two sizes of clothing
I purchased clothes in two different sizes from this store because I wasn't sure of my size. However, when I tried to return the items that didn't fit, I encountered a really frustrating process. They insist on having the items sent all the way to Poland, which is much more expensive than sending it within the UK. Once you send it off, it feels like the items just vanish into thin air. I've been waiting ages for my refund, and they just keep asking me to wait even longer. It's really getting on my nerves!
Trouble uploading images
Oh, this guy Dan was really great! I was struggling to upload some photos, but I had no idea what I was doing. Dan came to the rescue, offering to take a look at them over email. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions right away - he was a lifesaver!
Quick delivery of a laptop
I just got a new laptop from an online shop and I have to say, I'm really happy with how fast it was delivered. The laptop came in perfect condition and was just like they said on the website. I got in touch with customer service because I had a bit of trouble with a 2 for 1 discount not being applied properly to my order. I spoke to a customer service rep called Daisy, who was really nice and sorted out the problem for me quickly. She figured out what was wrong and gave me the best solution possible, making sure I was happy with how things turned out. I was grateful for Daisy's fast and professional help, it definitely made dealing with the situation a lot easier.
Swim wears
As a lover of swimming, I swim for fun and a way of keeping my relaxed when not AF service. So due to the kits I was using before, that passion was almost killed. If I must keep the passion on, then l must change my kits. So I needed a tank top and swim shorts. But where do I buy these products from and of quality? That was the question running through my mind. It was not as though selling tank top and swim shorts were not in the market. Quite a number of them have always in the market but buying quality and reliable one was the issue. Eventually, I bought the tank top and swim shorts from MP as a major dealer in sport wears. Since I started using it, it's been a whole new level of experience. Great products!
