Hotel booking
I'm really let down by the service I got from Expedia for my hotel booking. When I got to the hotel, I found out that there wasn't any room left for me. I was stuck with nowhere to stay and no way to get around. I had to spend ages on the phone talking to different people from Expedia, but they couldn't come up with another option for me. It took me an extra 2 hours just to get a refund for the booking.

Fibre broadband purchase
I just wanted to share that the customer service guy, Sandesh, was really helpful when I was getting my fibre broadband sorted. He explained all the options without being too chatty or prying, which I liked. As an older customer, I prefer dealing with people who are professional and straight to the point, and Sandesh totally nailed it. Because of him, I managed to choose the right package for me without any hassle.

Pair of jeans for my son
Being well-informed and experienced as a customer, I have to express my disappointment with this company. I bought a pair of jeans for my son and they turned out to be too small. I had to pay £5 to return them, which was a bit of a hassle. Then, when I asked for a bigger size, there was a long period of time with no communication from the company. Eventually, I was told that they don't do exchanges online and I would have to go into the store for that.

Mistake booking
I hadn't heard of this car rental place before, but I'm really glad I booked with them. I accidentally booked at the wrong airport, but they let me change it with no issues. Bilal was really nice and helped me out. Everything went smoothly even though my flight was delayed.
