Transaction experience
My recent experience with this company has been a complete nightmare. Trying to transfer a large sum of money to their account using instant bank transfer took days, which is just not acceptable for a supposedly efficient service. To make matters worse, it took even longer for the money to reach my chosen investment account, and withdrawing it was just as complicated. Closing the account was a lengthy process, made even longer by the weekends. What's more, the rest of my significant investment that went straight to Oxbury Bank instead of through this company was received instantly, showing how slow and inefficient their services really are. Dealing with this company has been incredibly stressful and frustrating, and I won't be using their services again.

Airport transfer taxi
The driver we ended up with was really good, very professional and polite. But, the whole thing was spoiled by bad communication and turning up late. We were left there waiting nervously for 25 minutes, not knowing if we'd get to the airport on time for our flight. We called the company to ask where the driver was, but they gave us the wrong information and made excuses. It was only when we pushed them to check the pickup details again that the driver realised his mistake and finally arrived. This lack of organisation and communication made us feel really stressed and annoyed, which overshadowed what could have been a trouble-free journey.

Two items, paid for delivery
I bought two things but when I tried to swap one for a different size, they told me I had to pay to return it and then pay for shipping again! Most places usually let you exchange for free so I was really disappointed about that. I ended up finding the size I needed from another store instead.

Flea treatment for dogs
I've given the flea treatment from this company a go twice on both of my dogs, and I must say, it just hasn't worked at all. The fleas on my pets have remained untouched, even though I followed the instructions to the letter. And to make matters worse, my deliveries were always almost a week late, which was a real pain and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Personally, I think it's way more dependable and efficient to just take your pet to the vet for flea treatment instead of splashing out on this product.

Annual boiler service
The engineer did a brilliant job servicing our heating and hot water systems. They gave us some useful advice and really knew their stuff when it came to our boiler. They found and replaced some parts that were worn out from being used a lot in the winter. I'd definitely recommend their services. Cheers to the engineer!

Booking experience for car rental
I've used this service five times now and I've got to say, every time has been really good. I like that they have good prices, a lot of cars to choose from, and clear instructions for picking up and dropping off. And now they've added a WhatsApp service, which makes it even easier to communicate with them. All in all, I'm really happy with this service.

Fancy dress purchases
I've bought fancy dress costumes from this shop a few times now and every time has been really good. The click and collect service is so simple to use, it makes ordering really easy and quick. The staff are always nice and helpful, they give great customer service. I'd definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a fancy dress costume.

Convenient storage, clear instructions
I thought the storage service was pretty handy and convenient overall. The only problem I had was with the instructions not being very clear. At first, I thought it was a proper storage unit, not just a drop off at a business front desk. So, I ended up getting a bit lost at the station, looking for the storage area. But, when I saw the partner business name along with the storage service, then it all made sense.
