Ticket for Moco Museum
Oh my gosh, I was really looking forward to going to the museum with my friends, but when we arrived the queue was incredibly long, even though we had a ticket! I had to leave as I couldn't wait around. The staff told me I could request a refund by sending them an email, but they weren't telling the truth! No refund for me. It's just not right. I'm feeling really upset about it all.

iPad 10th generation
I recently bought a 10th generation iPad from this company and I have to say, I'm really pleased with how it all went down. The product arrived in one piece and although it did take about 10 days to get here, it was definitely worth the wait. The price I got it for was a bargain compared to other deals I'd seen online. At first, I wasn't sure if the website was legit, but now I can say for sure that they're the real deal.

Mattress purchase - Sagged after 1 year
I bought a mattress about a year ago and now there's a big dip on my side. The company went out of business but started up again with a similar name. They won't honour the warranty so I'll have to buy from a more reliable company. I suggest steering clear of this company - their products are subpar and their practices are sketchy.

Gold and diamond ring purchase
I had a fantastic experience at the Harrogate branch. The staff, especially Harry and the Manager, gave excellent customer service. Harry was really helpful and friendly while I was trying on different rings before finally choosing a beautiful gold and diamond ring. I was happy to be offered a free certification and the choice to have it delivered to my home. The Manager also agreed to give me a discount, which was a nice touch. This is the second time I've bought something from this jewellery store and I've been really impressed with how professional the team is and the great value for money.
