    I bought a laptop from this website and was told it had been sent, but it hasn't turned up yet. The tracking info says Royal Mail got it, but the seller reckons Royal Mail lost it. I've messaged the seller a few times for news, but they're not getting back to me. This sort of customer service is just not on.     Faulty Samsung S23 Ultra

    I bought a Samsung S23 Ultra a few months back, but it's already stopped turning on. I filled out a warranty claim form in May, but I haven't heard anything back from them.     iPhone charger cable

    I bought an iPhone charger cable from this company recently and, to be honest, I was really let down by the quality of it. The cable packed in after only a few uses, even though it was supposed to be durable and last a long time. I tried to get in touch with customer service about it, but they took ages to reply and I had a tough time sorting things out.     Faulty phone after 18 months

    I bought a phone from this company and unfortunately, it completely stopped working after just 18 months. The worst part was that there were no signs or damage to the phone before it suddenly stopped working. When I contacted customer service, they didn't seem concerned and just brushed me off with a 'tough luck' attitude. I was really surprised by their lack of empathy and willingness to help solve the problem. I even tried to get it fixed by a professional, but they told me that the motherboard needed replacing, which would almost cost as much as buying a new phone. To make things worse, the phone was from another country and couldn't be fixed under any warranty. I felt like I had been ripped off and disappointed by the lack of support and quality of the product. I strongly recommend not buying from this company and suggest sticking to more reputable sources for your tech needs.

    Samsung watch purchase

    I bought this really cool watch from Tech in the Basket. I was a bit unsure about them at first, but the price was so good that I just had to give it a try. The watch arrived in about 6-8 days, just like they promised. The box was a bit crushed, but the watch itself was absolutely fine. The only issue is that the watch is from the Middle East, so the settings are a bit different. I had to set it to the UAE and couldn't set it to the UK. But it's fine, it still works in English and does everything it's meant to. Plus, it was £100 cheaper than usual, so I'm really pleased with it!

    This company really needs to work on their customer service and communication skills. I bought an Apple 10.2 inch iPad 64GB, paying in pounds sterling, and thought everything would go smoothly. But they didn't deliver the goods, leaving me waiting and not knowing what was going on with my order. The fact they didn't give clear information about currency conversion charges was really annoying. I ended up losing money because they converted my payment twice - first from pounds to Hong Kong dollars, and then back to pounds sterling when they refunded me.     I recently bought a smartphone from Tech in the Basket and honestly, it was just one big nightmare. To begin with, the website is really misleading – the 'chat' function is basically useless because it's just a robot and the customer service number they give you is fake, so you end up talking to a call centre where everything's automated. Your only choice is to email them, but don't hold your breath for a quick reply. You might get an answer after 2-5 days and only if you send them lots of emails. All in all, the whole thing was so irritating and just not worth the trouble.

    I recently bought a pair of fantastic wireless in-ear headphones from Tech in the Basket and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I saved a good amount of money compared to buying them straight from the manufacturer, and the quality is really top-notch. Surprisingly, the delivery was super quick, arriving in just 5 business days instead of the 6 to 8 days stated on the website. The fact that delivery was free was a nice bonus too. The headphones I got were in perfect, brand-new condition, just like if I had paid full price somewhere else.     I got my hands on the new 256GB iPad Pro 2022 today and it's all pristine and fresh out of the box. They even threw in an extra UK plug for me. It's got Apple's warranty valid till 2025 and I quickly signed up for Apple Care with no hassle. And all of this for just £740.99! I ordered it last Saturday, the 13th, and went for the free 6-8 working day delivery via DPD. The only downside was DPD's lack of decent tracking updates, which gave me some anxiety. But overall, I'm thrilled with my new purchase.

    I recently bought a Nintendo Switch for my daughter and I was a little worried because of the different opinions I had heard, but I'm happy to say that I had a really great experience. It did take nearly two weeks for the delivery, but I didn't mind waiting that long. When the console finally arrived, it was in perfect condition, worked perfectly, and even came with a UK plug. I did have to get in touch with customer service because the order status hadn't been updated for over a week, but they did eventually reply to me a few days later - even though my order had already arrived by then. All in all, I'm really impressed with the quality of the products at such good prices. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.
