2 sweaters
they refuse to send em the full refund even though i ordered a size XXL and it was a size M in all reality. I am a large person and can eyeball sizes immediately. They falsely accused me of trying on the clothes when they were obviously too small. No need to try them on. One item came without a tag and they said I removed the tag. I paid 35 euro for one sweater and they only will refund 29 euro. I paid shipping both ways with no reimbursement. Overall they worst online shopping experience I have ever had with any company in my life. Be warned people. Stay away from this company. There are much better companies online with clothes that are sized correctly. SCAMMERS!

Very, very disappointed with Create and Craft for a delay in delivery which has resulted in a cancellation, by them, of my order.
Despite 'live chat', emails and a phone call I still don't know why there is a delay or what has happened to my order.
My order was placed on 9th October and it's now 21st and no show! As I am moving I believed I had plenty time for order to be delivered before move. I contacted Create and Craft to update the courier service with new address as courier doesn't yet have order but they can't do this?!?
So my order is cancelled. I will also need to wait up to 10 days for a refund and goodness knows how much I spent on their premium phone line!

Lace up square heels
Was so excited! Trusted this company as I ordered before. Took my shoes out of town only to realize they mailed me 2 left feet! Went online to return & was asked to pay $10.87 to return shoes I paid to have express delivered and can’t wear! Also out of town with many events & no dress shoes now! Thanks a lot ego!

Phone case
Every time I or my partner get a new phone we buy a Live x Mainten case. I can confidently say we have pribab spent nearly £200 with them in the last few years between our person and work devices.
I bought a £25 phone case 7-8 months ago and the side is now coming away from the back. Not what I expect when paying a premium for a case.
I emailed them and was advised that faults can only be addressed if reported within 7 days - so essentially there's no sort of quality guarantee after a week.
I was offered a 20% discount off of a new case but given there's already a 15% off promo on the site currently, and given I can get a cheap case off of Amazon for £5 (of which I've bought before and they're still going strong..) I won't be rebuying.
why'd you wait until you were out of town to check dude loool
