The lady who helped me out was absolutely awesome! Her name was Claire and she made everything so simple for me. It was all done very quickly, and I had the money in my bank account in no time. If you're looking for a place to borrow some cash, I would definitely recommend this place. No stress at all, just put in your info, get everything sorted, and before you know it, money in your account. The staff are all really nice and happy to answer any questions or concerns. Claire made sure everything went smoothly and addressed all my questions, even the daft ones. I'm over the moon with how things went and will definitely come back here again!

Incorrect watch received
I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase from this company. I ordered a ladies ice watch as a gift, but they sent the wrong one to me. I sent the watch back right away and asked for a refund if the correct one wasn't available. However, I didn't hear anything from the company about the refund. After waiting for two weeks, I had to get PayPal involved to try and sort it out. The lack of customer service and communication has made me really unhappy.
