Boss T-Shirt purchase
I popped into the store recently and I have to say, the women working there were absolutely amazing. They were not just professional and courteous, but they were also really helpful and made sure to look after me as a customer. I managed to pick up a great Boss T-Shirt that was top quality. The only downside was that they didn't have a Ralph Lauren shirt in my size, but they suggested I check out their website. So, I did just that and found the shirt I wanted, which arrived swiftly on Wednesday. All in all, I had a fab experience with this company and will definitely be dropping by the store again next time I'm in Biggleswade.
Affordable
I thought Robert Goddard's clothes were expensive and quote difficult to purchase due to the fact that they sold designers that were highly rated and sought after but the day I entered one of their stores and got familiar with their prices, I saw that they weren't that costly. Infact, they were cheap and easily affordable and accessible too. I got some designers' shirts, shoes,belts and tie at very cool prices.
I won't hesitate to visit their stores now anytime I'm chanced to. I might start shopping on their website soon too if I'm good with it but for now, I might stick to their offline stores. Nice retailers at that.Top-quality clothing and excellent service
I popped into this shop recently and I have to say, I was really impressed. The clothes they had were top quality and it was obvious that they only stocked the best items. The shop had a classy and stylish vibe, making me feel like I was in a fancy London boutique. The staff I spoke to were super friendly, welcoming, and knew a lot about what they were selling. You could tell they took pride in their jobs and were happy to help customers with anything they needed. In general, I had a great experience with the customer service and left the shop feeling happy with my purchase.
Clothing
I went to the store in Lincoln for the first time with my sister recently, and we were greeted by a lovely staff member named Josh. He was so helpful and knew a lot about the clothes they had in stock. Our shopping trip was made so much better thanks to him. Josh's friendly and kind approach really made us feel like valued customers. We were very happy with what we bought and left the store feeling satisfied. Slippers for daughter
I was really pleased with the service I got from this online store. I first went on their website because they had the best price for some branded slippers for my daughter. When I placed my order, I then realised I'd ordered the wrong size by mistake. Luckily, I managed to speak to a lovely lady called Hannah who was so helpful. She checked their stock and ordered the slippers in the right size for me. Her customer service was excellent, and I was really thankful for her help. I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

My order came in packaging that was eco-friendly, which was great. But I had a small problem with what I bought. Victoria from customer service got back to me within a few hours and sorted it out, which was really good. I was happy with how quick they fixed things and with my order overall. I didn't need to send anything back, but I did see some people moaning about the prices. Personally, I think as more people shop online, we need to remember that being sustainable might mean things cost more.

It was my first time ordering clothes online and I found it really easy and convenient! The service was excellent, delivery was super quick and free, and when the jacket and shirt didn't fit, I returned them to the store where the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. They were really eager to assist and went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted out.
Ted Baker top, exchanged for larger size
I got this top from a shop but it was too small, so I had to send it back. They sent me a bigger one for free and now it fits perfectly. I really think their service is great and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
Ladies jacket ordered
I recently bought a women's jacket from this company and was really looking forward to getting it. However, I was really disappointed with how things went. I ordered it on a Friday and the money was taken from my account straight away. Days went by and I didn't hear anything about my order being sent out or delivered. I tried contacting the company by email twice but didn't get any response. I started to feel like I'd been ripped off. Then, to make things worse, on Tuesday I got an email saying they didn't have any stock and my order had been cancelled and refunded. What a terrible way to do business - it left a really bad feeling and I don't think I'll be using them again in the future.
Blue sweater purchase
I've bought things from this company a few times and, for the most part, I've been quite happy with what I got. However, I wasn't too pleased about having to fork out £5.99 for delivery. I ordered my stuff on a weekend, but it didn't actually get sent off until the Wednesday after, so I ended up waiting nearly a whole week for it to show up. The combination of the slow shipping and the pricey postage fee left me feeling a bit let down, which is a shame considering that the thing I actually bought was decent quality.
Bottoms purchase
I recently bought a pair of trousers from this website. I had been looking for a specific item to match other clothes I'd bought elsewhere. Overall, I would definitely recommend this website to anyone looking for good deals and an easy shopping experience.

I bought something from the shop, but the next day they told me they didn't actually have it in stock. It was good that they gave me a refund quickly, but it's still a shame that I wasted my time shopping there when they didn't have what I wanted.
Item ordered and delivered to home address
I had a really good experience with the staff at this store recently. They didn't have the size I needed in stock, but they were happy to order it for me and get it sent to my home address. It only took 3-5 working days for the item to arrive, just as they said. The staff were really friendly and helpful, but they also let me have a look around without pushing me to buy anything. Cool clothes, great brands
The shop was awesome, they had some really cool clothes from brands like Psycho Bunny, Hugo Boss, and Ted Baker. There were also some great deals that made it even better! And the staff were really nice and helpful, always giving good advice.
My hoodie and trainers
I bought a hoodie and a pair of new trainers. It took ages for them to arrive, and no one bothered to reply to my emails. Then suddenly they refunded me without giving any explanation. How rude is that? It's just not fair.
