I had a bit of a problem the other day when my order went missing in the post. I got in touch with customer service and they were really helpful, sending out a replacement straight away with no hassle. The product itself was top-notch and I was really impressed by how good the customer service was.

Bespoke wedding dress
I got in touch with the designer after seeing her work on my friend's wedding dress that was made during Covid. I asked if she could create something similar for me, and she was really lovely and professional about it! I visited the studio with my family, got measured for a stunning 100% silk custom-made wedding dress, and it was simply amazing to wear. Thanks to her knowledge and guidance, I felt fabulous the whole day! Rebecca's passion and talent made me feel like a Hollywood star! Thank you, Rebecca!

I've got to say, I'm really impressed with the clothes I've bought from this company. The quality, fit, and designs are all top-notch. The styles are brilliant and the clothes last really well. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, and even my older pieces still look great and get compliments whenever I wear them. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are really impressive.

Bed and mattress issue
I had a big problem with my bed and mattress, but you know what? This really awesome guy Zain fixed it for me in like 5 minutes! He was so helpful and knew exactly what needed to be done. He even apologised for the issue (even though it wasn't his fault) and sorted it out quickly. No stress, no drama, just good vibes all the way. I totally recommend him, he's the best!

Gig tickets purchased
I bought some gig tickets last year for a show happening this week. I only found out by chance today that the venue has been changed. The company didn't bother to let anyone know about the change. I emailed them and they sent me updated tickets, but didn't give me any explanation or even apologise. I'm really not impressed with that at all.
