    Ticket purchase mistake

    I made a blunder when buying tickets from Ticketweb. As soon as I finished the purchase, I noticed I picked the wrong month for the event. Ticketweb doesn't allow changes or cancellations, as mentioned in their terms and conditions. I contacted customer service through their website and they fixed my mistake for free. But it was a bit annoying not being able to change it myself on the website, which caused me some frustration. I'll definitely double-check all the details before confirming my purchase in the future.

    I recently decided to buy tickets for an event that is a few months away. To my dismay, the tickets never arrived. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but I just kept getting the runaround and was told to wait till it was closer to the event date. This lack of communication and inability to sort out the issue promptly has left me feeling very let down and inconvenienced. It is just not on to be expected to travel to an event without the actual ticket, especially when I paid for it months ago. All in all, my experience with this service has been incredibly frustrating, and I would suggest others think twice before using it for ticket purchases.

    Four Devin Townsend tickets purchased, missing two e-tickets

    I bought four tickets for a Devin Townsend gig in January, choosing e-tickets. Come 28th March, I saw in my email that only two tickets were there.     The people who work here are only interested in making money and don't care about others. Even though the event was changed, they wouldn't give me my money back. It's obvious that they're more concerned with making a profit than helping customers. I recommend that everyone stay away from this place and not spend any money there.

    Rianne Downey concert tickets

    I bought tickets to see my favourite singer at this really cool venue, but when I got there, it was completely empty! Turns out the concert had been cancelled and I only found out days later. I mean, seriously, could they not have let us know sooner? Anyway, I contacted them and they eventually refunded me, so credit where it's due. It was still a good night overall, but I just wish they had sorted things out earlier.

    I bought some gig tickets last year for a show happening this week. I only found out by chance today that the venue has been changed. The company didn't bother to let anyone know about the change. I emailed them and they sent me updated tickets, but didn't give me any explanation or even apologise. I'm really not impressed with that at all.

    Fraudulent ticket issue

    I purchased a ticket from this website, and it turned out to be fake. When my son tried to use it for the event, he was turned away because someone else had already used it. He was then left stranded and alone at the event, which was very disappointing and frustrating. I am extremely displeased with the service from this company.
