Mattress purchase
The customer service in this shop was really helpful and knowledgeable. I had some questions about the mattress I was looking at, and the staff member I spoke to not only answered all my questions but also gave me extra information to help me decide. They communicated clearly, concisely, and in a friendly manner. However, the delivery charges information on the website was misleading. Even though it said 'free delivery,' I was told during my chat with the staff that there would actually be an extra charge when it's delivered. This difference is not great and could confuse people thinking about buying from them.
Recent bed purchase
I bought a bed from this company not long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. Hazel, the lady who helped me, was so helpful and knew her stuff. She listened to what I needed and gave me some great suggestions based on what I liked. I really liked how patient she was and how dedicated she was to making sure I got the right bed. Hazel's professionalism and knowledge made shopping for a bed a really nice experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new bed.
Mattress purchase
I bought a mattress from this company recently and I have to say, the customer service was outstanding. I spoke with Eddie and Mark, who were really professional and polite. They knew a lot about their products and the warranties, and they delivered on everything they said on their website. It's not often you find such genuine and reliable customer service nowadays, and I'm really thankful for their help. Eddie and Mark were so helpful and patient the whole time. Big shoutout to their manager for leading such a great team.
Easy ordering process

Online bed purchase
I recently bought a bed online and was really disappointed with the lack of communication and delivery options. I didn't get an email confirmation or a chance to pick a delivery date, which was really annoying. Luckily, I spoke to a guy called Francis who was really helpful and sorted everything out quickly. My son can't wait to get his new bed, but the whole ordering process could definitely be improved.

Garden set purchase
I bought a garden set here for a good price not long ago. Sadly, one of the bits broke after a few weeks. I got in touch with customer service and chatted with Zain, who was really helpful. I sent over some photos of the damage, and they quickly sorted out a replacement part, even collecting the broken one. I'm really pleased with their service and will definitely shop here again. Thanks for being so kind and sorting it out so quickly.

I bought a bed and mattress for my daughter not long ago and I was well chuffed with the quality. The whole thing went smoothly and the delivery was quick. The company kept me informed every step of the way in a very professional manner, which I appreciated. I was so happy with the quality that I ended up getting another mattress for my other daughter too. I would definitely recommend their products and services.
I bought a bed
I purchased a bed from this place last year and it was all really simple and straightforward. But then, not even a year later, I noticed there was a problem with the bed! I decided to contact customer service and a chap named Francis was incredibly helpful. He arranged for a replacement bed in no time at all, it was all very easy. Bed and mattress issue
I had a big problem with my bed and mattress, but you know what? This really awesome guy Zain fixed it for me in like 5 minutes! He was so helpful and knew exactly what needed to be done. He even apologised for the issue (even though it wasn't his fault) and sorted it out quickly. No stress, no drama, just good vibes all the way. I totally recommend him, he's the best!

My bed came really quickly today with Eddie and he put it together super fast. They even cleaned up all the mess from the packaging. I'd absolutely tell everyone to use this company.

I'm not great at online shopping, but I have to admit, my time with this company was surprisingly easy. Sean was so helpful in applying my discount code and made the whole purchasing process a breeze. The customer service was top-notch, and I really do appreciate that extra mile they went for me.
Bought a bed with a lot of storage
I bought a bed with lots of storage back in September. It was awesome at first, but then the sides broke and the left arm bent. I was really upset about it, but I decided to tell Ali what happened. She responded really quickly and promised to take care of it. Ali was so helpful and said she would replace the broken parts. I was really pleased with the assistance she provided.
Recent mattress collection attempt
I recently went through a bit of a nightmare trying to get my old mattress collected. I made sure to take time off work so I could be home when they said they'd come, but then they turned up and said they wouldn't take it. They told me I'd get a refund for all the hassle, but that never happened. I was really let down by the way they handled everything and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
My new bed
I've just got myself a new bed and it's really cosy. The delivery arrived right on time and the guys who brought it were so friendly. I did have a bit of an issue with one piece missing, but they sorted it out straight away. Zian even gave me a call to check I was happy with everything.
Medium firm mattress purchase
I bought a medium firm mattress on the 24th of May, but I was proper disappointed with it. The mattress was meant to be medium firm, but it was dead soft, like sleeping on a marshmallow with zero support. I had a terrible night's sleep on it and I'm so let down by this purchase. I wouldn't advise this mattress to anyone who wants actual support and comfort. I'm waiting for the resolutions team to get back to me about this problem.
Amazing bed shopping
Oh my gosh, I had such a great time buying a bed from this place! The staff were really friendly and I felt well-informed throughout. The delivery was super quick and the bed is absolutely brilliant. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
