4 items on sale
I bought 4 things on sale from this shop, but only got 1 of them quickly. I emailed customer service after 2 weeks to ask about the rest. They told me they didn't have enough stock, so they sent some of the items. It wasn't an issue, but then after 4 weeks, they said they weren't going to send the rest at all. But I can still see them on the website! I don't understand. I only found out because I asked, otherwise I would have been waiting forever...

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to share how pleased I am with my recent purchase from Hiatt Hardware. I bought a full door handle set with locks and I couldn't be happier with it. While similar sets can cost between £15-£24 elsewhere, I snagged this one for just £6.50 - what a bargain! The handles are top-notch quality, really strong and well-crafted. The delivery was super quick and right on time. I'll definitely be coming back to Hiatt Hardware for more items as I continue fixing up my home. I'll never shop at that store again! The customer service was awful and the jumper I bought was all squashed in the packaging, it looked terrible. They must be able to do a bit better than that, surely? Such a waste of money!
