Item not delivered
I bought something online and was meant to get it delivered by a carrier. But now the carrier is saying they delivered it, even showing a photo that wasn't of my house. I've got security cameras at the front and back of my place, so I know they never came. When I called them to explain, the photo suddenly disappeared. I'm really let down and fed up with this whole situation.

Petite clothing purchase
The clothes in this shop are just right for my petite body. It was really easy to order things that I knew would suit me. The clothes looked and fitted exactly like they were shown on the website. I'm really impressed with how good quality and stylish the clothes are, I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

Perfume for wife's b'day
I popped into the perfume shop in Walsall and got some help from a lovely lady named Veena. She helped me choose the ideal perfume for my wife's birthday. Veena was really helpful and knew everything about the different scents. I was so pleased with her service and I'll definitely be returning. Big thanks to Veena!

Birthday gift order
I ordered a birthday present on 17th September and it still hasn't arrived. They're blaming an IT issue for the delay. But regardless of the reason, I think they should've kept me updated. I spent over £200 on this gift and the lack of communication and late delivery has really annoyed me. It's made me think twice about shopping with them again.
