Santorini furniture set
Although I had some reservations after reading reviews, I went ahead and bought the Santorini furniture set from this company. It did take a bit of time for them to pick up the phone initially, but when they did, the customer service was actually pretty good. The furniture arrived a couple of weeks later than expected, but it wasn't a major problem as they had let us know about the delay beforehand. The Santorini set is really impressive, and the quality is top-notch. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely suggest this company to others.

I bought some stuff from this company not long ago, but I had to send some back because they didn't fit right. When I got my refund, it was only a bit of what I paid. I tried emailing their customer service at first, but didn't hear back. I was annoyed that there wasn't a phone number to call them directly, and all the numbers I found online just went to voicemail. The lack of communication really got on my nerves and left me feeling unhappy with the service.

Account cancellation request
I've been trying to cancel my account with your service, but I haven't heard back from you about my emails or contact form submissions. It's really frustrating that you're so quick to ask for payment, but when it comes to cancelling my account, it seems impossible. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and help I've received so far.

Ocean cruise booking inquiry
I rang up to ask about booking a cruise in 2025 from Malta and Niki was really helpful and quick in answering all my questions. She gave me loads of details about the cruise and even sorted me out with a price for getting to the airport. I was proper impressed with how fast and well she dealt with my questions. After we finished chatting, I got an email confirming my holiday booking.
