Football match streaming
I've had so many problems with the streaming service when I've been trying to watch important football matches. The match I was really excited about all season just kept buffering and cutting out constantly. It's really disappointing to see such bad quality for the high price they charge for the service. I really hope that another provider will come along soon and start offering Danish and English football matches, because it's clear that the current service just can't give a good experience. Also, I think they should offer a sports-only package option, so you don't have to pay for extra stuff like movies and TV series, especially when the selection is so limited.
Formula One and Black Sails
I only really stay subscribed to this service for Formula One and Black Sails. I mean, who doesn't enjoy watching fast cars and pirate escapades, right? But let me tell you, the quality of this service is just terrible. The sound is always out of sync, which makes all the interviews and commentary seem like a load of rubbish. And that presenter who sounds half asleep all the time is just appalling! It's a total disgrace!
Watching rugby matches
What's up with Ryan, eh? Can he please stop blabbering during the games? It's really irritating and makes the whole experience less enjoyable for me. On the bright side, I quite like the other commentator, Rory.
Monthly subscription review
Every year I have to do this review. It's such a pain having to fork out money every month. They really need to take a closer look at where their money goes. It's so frustrating! The visuals are decent, but that's all they've got going for them. Enough of that Melroy or whatever it's called. And those other two things need to go too! Oh, the music track is improving, though! ❤️🩹
Buffering issue
I'm really frustrated with the constant buffering problem that keeps happening every 5 seconds when I'm trying to watch something. It's really annoying and makes it difficult to enjoy anything. And to make things worse, the subscription costs have gone up recently which is just adding to my disappointment. Overall, I've had a really bad and frustrating experience.
Euro Qualifier Package Purchase
I was really disappointed with the Euro Qualifier package I bought. The quality of the production was not great at all, and the commentators were really boring, they didn't add anything interesting to the whole experience. The presentation of the football matches was pretty poor too, only starting the 'Build Up' 10 minutes before the game and not having any proper analysis during halftime. Instead of that, they kept showing highlights of random events or other sports. And to top it off, they included a bunch of films and Scandinavian dramas that were really obscure and uninteresting, definitely more suited to a specific audience. I would definitely recommend avoiding this package to others.
Subscription without footy
So, we found this level on TV without the sports channel, and it's really good because there's something for everyone in the family. My brothers are into football, but there's also some great movies, TV series, and even some guilty pleasure reality shows. We're really excited about it. The only downside is that the fast forward and rewind buttons are a bit weird - they're either really slow or they jump to the beginning or end unexpectedly. But we're getting the hang of it.
Online streaming service review
This online streaming service, I tell you, is a total nightmare. My broadband is lightning-fast, but the buffering is so awful that watching anything on it is impossible. And don't get me started on the sports commentators - they're just terrible. They talk over the refs and discuss nonsense like they can't get enough of their own voice. Luckily, the mute button does its job. The app? Oh, it's a disaster too. Feels old and clunky compared to better platforms. Unsurprisingly, I cancelled my subscription after just a month of agony.
Wrong account setup
I made a mistake with my live streaming account, setting up the wrong one instead of using my Sky viewing card. Luckily, a lovely young lady called Sia helped me out and fixed everything quickly. She was really helpful and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. In just a few minutes, she sorted it all out for me and put an end to my worry.
Streaming service experience
I am really disappointed with the streaming service I've been using. I was trying to watch a few games at the same time, but one platform kept buffering and loading, unlike the other which was working perfectly fine. I tried different troubleshooting methods, but nothing fixed the issue, which was quite annoying. I was hoping for better quality from a service I'm actually paying for, especially with the Champions League final coming up. If things don't get better soon, I'll have to look for a different streaming service.
Subscription cancellation and refund request
I cancelled my subscription last November 2022 before coming back to Australia. To my surprise, I found out that my Swedish bank account has been getting charged monthly fees by the service provider for the last 12 months. I tried reaching out to the company through their website and email, but haven't gotten any reply. I need help cancelling my subscription and getting a refund for these charges that I didn't authorise.
2023 Sports, Films, and Series Subscription
I love subscribing to sports, films, and series. It's great to have all that entertainment readily available whenever I fancy a bit of a binge-watch or want to catch up on the latest game.
Upgrading package difficulties
Has anyone actually been successful in upgrading their package? I keep getting redirected on the website. It's like they don't even want customers to upgrade...
TV streaming subscription
I've been noticing that the video and audio quality keeps stuttering, which really puts me off when watching something. It's so annoying to have such bad playback. Also, the user interface on the TV app is confusing and hard to figure out. I often end up just staring at a screen full of ViaPlay ads before the show even starts, which isn't very user-friendly. Because of all this, I've made up my mind to cancel my subscription.
Viaplay subscription
I signed up for this subscription, totally forgot about it, used it a bit, then got ripped off for £79. I sent them an email, and they quickly responded saying no refunds. It's really not cool at all!
Viaplay subscription for La Liga 2023/24
The service from Viaplay for the La Liga 2023/24 season was pretty disappointing, to be honest. On the first matchday, it was all over the place with them splitting the screen between random games, which left a lot of us feeling annoyed. They really need to make sure they're listening to what their customers want, especially when it comes to big teams like Real Madrid.
Overpriced streaming service
The streaming service on this platform is just not worth the high price they ask for. The quality and stability of the streams are quite poor, often causing buffering and low resolution. The user experience isn't great either, as the interface is awkward and makes it frustrating to find what you want to watch. The customer service is also not friendly or helpful, they remind me of RyanAir. But even RyanAir is known for being cheap, this service charges a lot for something that's not even good quality. It's a bad move that makes customers feel like they've been ripped off and unhappy.
Subscription not being cancelled and continued charges
This company is just awful to deal with! I tried to cancel my subscription, got a letter confirming it was cancelled, but they still kept taking money from my account. I had to go to the trouble of blocking my card to put a stop to it. It's been such a hassle trying to get my money back, and I still haven't got the refunds I'm owed.
Paid for subscription for streaming service.
I was so keen to watch some football, so I paid for a subscription using my account, but it just didn't work! I attempted to watch it on my Sky box, but somehow ended up with an online version that I couldn't figure out how to use. The customer service team were quite rude and just told me to ring back tomorrow, even though the match was due to start that night. They provided me with a different number to call, but all I got was a message saying they were closed until 1 o'clock, even though it was already past that time and the same message was just repeating.
Premier League live streaming
As a customer wanting to watch live Premier League games, I was really let down by the lack of content and support from the provider. It seems like they care more about making money than giving good service to their customers. With all the money coming in from Saudi and Qatar, it's obvious their focus is elsewhere. It's sad to see these companies taking advantage of fans' passion just to make more money. Personally, I won't support their greedy ways and will find another place to stream my games.
