Downdraft electric hobs + ducting
I recently bought a downdraft electric hob and the ducting needed for it. The hob itself seems to be well-made and of good quality. The technical team I spoke to over the phone were helpful when I had questions about fitting. However, there are a couple of things that could be better. Firstly, the hob diagram didn't include the overall height, which is important to make sure it fits under the worktop without any issues. Secondly, I was let down that the specific rectangular air exhaust ducting required wasn't included, even though it was shown in pictures. This meant I had to search for it elsewhere, which was a bit of a pain. The products themselves seem to be good, and the technical support was useful for most of my installation questions. But for top-notch service, the company should include the missing exhaust ducting. I'd advise anyone thinking of buying to double-check this before making a decision.

The new Cookology appliance we ordered arrived really quickly and the delivery service was top-notch. We were happy with how fast and efficient they were. This new appliance was to replace our old Cookology one, which had been good to us for about a year. Even though the old one couldn't be fixed, we were happy with how well it worked while it lasted. Since Cookology appliances are so reasonably priced compared to other brands, we thought it made sense to go with them again for a replacement.

I had a great experience with the purchase, payment, and delivery of my item! It's working well and looks amazing next to my other ovens. I bought it because my usual supplier no longer had this range, but I'm pleased with this one. The only issue is this annoying pop-up that keeps appearing on my PC after I complete a task. It's really bothering me and might put me off shopping here again. Could you please make it stop?

Gas BBQ purchase
I recently bought a Gas BBQ from Cookology and I was happy with how quickly it was delivered. Putting the BBQ together was pretty easy, but some of the instructions were a bit confusing and in a couple of instances, they were wrong. For instance, it said to loosen screws when actually I needed to remove them, which caused a bit of a mix-up. However, once everything was assembled, all the parts fitted together nicely. Now, I just need to get a gas bottle to check if the BBQ works alright.

Kitchen extractor fan
I was really disappointed with the kitchen extractor fan I bought from this company. The instructions they gave me just didn't match up with what I received, which made installing it really confusing and annoying. There wasn't much room between the fan and the filter housing, so I couldn't find the right ducting like they said in the instructions. On top of that, they didn't even include a filter with the fan, so I had to buy one separately. Honestly, I wish I had gone for a better quality brand instead of this one. I would recommend steering clear of this company altogether in the future.
Induction cooker review
I'm really disappointed with the induction cooker I bought. It's so frustrating trying to cook anything that needs gentle heat because the temperature control goes from cold to hot in just a few seconds, over and over again. The higher the temperature I choose, the shorter the intervals of intense heat. So when I'm cooking dishes that need to simmer or cook gently for a while, they end up burnt because even a few seconds of full heat is enough to make it boil.

I've even sent in my receipts as evidence, but they just keep taking them down, it's pretty ridiculous really. It's annoying and now I'm starting to doubt if any of the other reviews on there are real. I wanted to give credit where it was deserved, but it looks like that's not allowed. So, this is my final shot at sharing what happened.
