Blackout curtains purchased
The team at the Northfield branch were so helpful when I bought blackout curtains. They really knew their stuff and helped me figure out the right size for my window. They also easily answered all my other questions. It's a shame to hear that the Northfield branch is shutting down soon because I've been a customer for ages and will really miss this store.

Advent calendar purchase
I recently bought an Advent calendar from Clear Crystal for my partner as a Christmas present. At first, there was a little mix-up with the charges, but Clear Crystal quickly sorted it out and refunded me when I pointed it out to them. The product was sent to me in the UK, but unfortunately, the first package didn't show up after a week. Nevertheless, Clear Crystal were quick to send out another one, so I managed to give it to my partner just in time for December 1st. She really loved the calendar and proudly wore the bracelet that came with it. All in all, I was really happy with both the product and the customer service I received when dealing with the delivery problems.

I was really impressed with the service I got when I asked about insurance for my unique vehicle. I had loads of questions and worries, but the staff gave me clear and to-the-point answers that made everything much clearer. Also, the price they offered for the policy was really good. All in all, I felt sure I'd made the right choice in going with this insurance provider.

The online platform has been really good for my son's homeschooling. There are heaps of different topics for each subject and the exercises are interactive, which has made his learning a whole lot better. Plus, getting feedback on his work has been super helpful in knowing where he needs to do better. And the rewards system with badges and points has been a brilliant way to keep him interested and working hard towards doing his best.
