    Poor quality item returned

    I had a bit of a nightmare with a purchase I made at this store recently. The thing I got wasn't up to scratch, so I thought I'd return it. But, oh man, getting my money back was such a pain! It was so long-winded and just unnecessary. It felt like I was jumping through hoops just to sort out something that wasn't even my fault. It was so irritating and I wasted so much time on it. I really wish I'd never bought from there now. I won't be making that mistake again, that's for sure.

    The team at the Northfield branch were so helpful when I bought blackout curtains. They really knew their stuff and helped me figure out the right size for my window. They also easily answered all my other questions. It's a shame to hear that the Northfield branch is shutting down soon because I've been a customer for ages and will really miss this store.

    I bought some curtains from this company recently and unfortunately, the ones I got had a fault with them. I followed the returns process on the website and got two more pairs just in case. The new ones were fine so I sent back the faulty pair the same way. But, even though I gave all the right info, it took ages for them to sort out my refund. I emailed them a few times but got slow responses which was really annoying. In the end, I had to ask my credit card company for a chargeback to get my money back. The customer service team was not great at communicating or being efficient, so I won't be using this company again in the future.

    Duvet exchange for larger size plus bedding

    I decided to get myself a new duvet and some bedding from that store. When I found out I bought the wrong size duvet, I thought it wouldn't be a big deal to exchange it for a larger one and grab some bedding as well. Unfortunately, the customer service there was just awful. They flat out refused to take back the duvet, saying they had no storage for it. On top of that, they had a 'couldn't care less' attitude. Needless to say, I won't be going back to that store anytime soon.

    Online purchase of home décor

    Yeah, so I thought I was going to get some cool new stuff to decorate my room with, but it was a total let down! I ordered online, and it arrived really quickly, but the colour was completely different from what I was expecting. I tried to send it back straight away using Hermes, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't received my refund! Their website promised a refund in 10-15 days, but that hasn't happened. And on top of that, nobody answers the phone and the offices are still closed. They advise sending an email, but I haven't even had a response to that! How am I supposed to get my money back? It's so frustrating. I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure!

    Bedroom curtains

    I wanted some new curtains for my room, yeah? I was really looking forward to getting them from this store, but oh my days, it was a total nightmare. I ordered them on the 21st of May and now it's the 23rd of June and there's still no sign of my curtains! What on earth?! And the worst bit is, they didn't even bother keeping me updated until I had to open a dispute with PayPal. Thank goodness for PayPal, they're sorting out getting my money back. Seriously, I wouldn't even consider buying from this place.

But when I returned home and asked my neighbour about the items, they couldn't find them. I attempted to contact the delivery service, but they didn't respond. I contacted Ponden Home for help on the 29th of May, and I still haven't heard back. The poor customer service has left me annoyed and £60 out of pocket.

    Emergency bedding.

    I recently had to buy some emergency bedding from Ponden Home because I have disabilities and I'm shielding during the pandemic. I couldn't go to the store myself, but I got really good service over the phone when I placed my order on Wednesday 14th December. Unfortunately, the delivery got delayed because the carrier, EVRI UK Ltd (formerly Hermes), messed up and lost, damaged, or interfered with a lot of items. Despite all this, the team at Ponden Home, especially Steph, were amazing. They gave me a refund on the delivery fee and refunded the cost of the items that never arrived without any hassle. It's important to remember that it wasn't Ponden Home's fault that EVRI UK Ltd caused such problems with the delivery.

    I popped into a home interiors shop in Luton recently and was really impressed by the selection they had, especially their duvet covers, pillows, cases, and curtains. The store was tidy and well-arranged, which made it a breeze to check out all the different options they had. The prices were fair for the quality, and I managed to find exactly what I was after. The staff there were lovely and knew their stuff, they really went the extra mile to help me find the perfect items for my home. All in all, my visit to the store was great and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some lovely home decor pieces.

    I bought a pair of curtains from the store back in November. But when I got them, I wasn't happy with the quality, so I decided to return them using the store's return service. The curtains were sent back in great condition and I haven't even used them. Even though I did everything right for the return, I still haven't got my money back. I've emailed the store a few times, but it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything. The store's website says refunds should take about two weeks, but it's been a whole month now and I'm still waiting. I've got proof that the return service collected the order, but the fact that the store isn't responding is really disappointing.

    I bought some pillows from this store and didn't really like them, so I decided to return them about a week later. But, they told me I couldn't because they were non-returnable. I wasn't informed about that when I purchased them, and there was no mention of it anywhere. What's more, they had other opened pillows on display in the store! It just doesn't seem fair at all.

    Luxury Chenille Curtains

    I bought some fancy chenille curtains from this shop the other day, and honestly I was really let down by the quality. When I got them, I saw loads of issues - wonky hems and sides, dodgy sewing on the linings, and even some imperfections in the material. Considering how much I forked out for what was meant to be a top-notch product, I felt like I'd been given a dud instead of something perfect.

    I bought a duvet set from this shop not long ago, and I was really let down by the quality. I used it once and washed it once, and already the stitching came undone, leaving a big hole in the side of the duvet. It was so annoying because I had actually bought it as a Christmas present, and I couldn't find the receipt. I tried contacting customer services by email, but got no reply or help. The bedding is not up to scratch for the price it was sold at, so it was a disappointing purchase. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone as it's just not worth the money.

    Oh my gosh, so I recently bought this amazing bedding set including a duvet and pillows and they are just fantastic! Firstly, shopping on their website was a piece of cake. I found everything I needed without any issues. The descriptions were really clear and the checkout process was simple. I received my order confirmation super quickly as well!

    Now, let's chat about the actual products. The bedding set looks really stylish and feels so luxurious against my skin. It's incredibly soft and seems like it will last forever. The duvet is the perfect weight - really snug and cosy! My bedtime routine has definitely been upgraded.

    And let me tell you about the pillows - they're like sleeping on fluffy clouds! Great support but still really comfy. I've had trouble finding the right pillows in the past, but these are a total game-changer. I'm sleeping like a baby now, honestly.

    My time dealing with this company was really frustrating and disappointing. I tried to buy a cushion from them, but the whole process was so complicated and tough that I just ended up giving up. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't finish the purchase because of all the obstacles and hoops I had to deal with. It seemed like they were intentionally making it difficult for me to spend my money, which is a strange way to run a business, to be honest.     My recent experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered a bedding set online, but ended up receiving the wrong item. I admit I should have read my order confirmation more carefully, but I also think their website design added to the confusion. Despite trying multiple times to get in touch with their customer service team over the phone, I couldn't reach anyone as the phone lines seemed to be down or no one was picking up. Feeling frustrated, I filed an online complaint and only got an automated response back. Even after two months and numerous follow-ups from me, my issue still wasn't resolved. To make matters worse, I kept getting unwanted marketing emails from the company almost daily. It's really disappointing to see a company with such poor customer service.
