NZ801 UKT upright vacuum floor nozzle
I recently bought the NZ801 UKT upright vacuum floor nozzle in November 2020. Unfortunately, the brushes on the floor nozzle stopped working, which made it tricky to use and meant it wasn't picking up dirt well. At first, I was really disappointed and thought I'd need to buy a new floor nozzle. But then I remembered that the product had a 5-year guarantee. I got in touch with customer service, expecting it to be a hassle, but I was actually really impressed with how helpful and efficient the representatives were. They quickly sent me a replacement floor nozzle at no extra cost after a short chat and verification process. Even though they said it might take up to 5 working days to arrive, it got to me in just 2 days. I was so happy with how fast they sorted everything out. My whole experience with Shark was great, they went above and beyond my expectations. I definitely recommend their products and customer service.
