Absolutely shocking from start to finish.
The first rain shower saturated and stained a £3k sofa. That was supposed to be 100% waterproof. Really hard to get hold of anyone and once i did they wouldn’t accept what I was saying. Until i posted pics on Instagram and Twitter.
It’s now been collected and we are awaiting full refund.
Save your money and go elsewhere.

Just wash their hands of the problem and no offer repair service or even a company that might be able to repair.
Now have broken sunbed and will have to get it fixed myself with no assistance from Moda.

I spent a lot of time researching companies before finally settling on Moda & not least based on its claims of quality & great reviews . Its was twice what i was initially going to pay but , "you pay for what you get ! " Well thats what i thought . I too have had a set that wasn't fit for purpose with cushion covers that faded dramatically in just a few weeks & limited time in the sun . To be honest because i was getting little to no response from them due to "covid & short staffing delays & its was fading so fast the set spent any day we were not actually using it under its cover to minimise the fade . We had chairs with scratches to the weave & weave that had not been secure finished properly & had started to unravel . We have had to find ways to fix this ourselves. Shoddy little plastic feet on all pieces are not a quality finished product . Inspection of the framework also showed unfinished spraying which helps its weather resistance & exposes the metal to rusting . After weeks of waiting for delivery after payment in full ,during the lovely weather ,it finally arrived a day later than scheduled in the rain & went straight into the garage in its boxes and stayed there for nearly 4 weeks until the weather improved again. I cant blame the delivery delays on Moda - everyone was experiencing issues but from the day we started to use and quality issues because obvious , getting a reasonable response was impossible . I finally had to resort to messaging via the FB page ,that if i didnt get a response pretty sharp i would resort to social media . Hey- ho i got contact & offer of replacement of cushion covers with acknowledgement that this was a faulty batch but delivery of NEXT YEAR and can't say when next year. ( what is they cease trading ?? ) Also repair of hard furniture or replacement - 6-8 weeks . Or £100.00 part refund or a £125.00 credit note to keep the defective items. As i paid nearly £2300 for the set i'm a little staggered that they think £100 part refund is remotely reasonable . Love the design but so disappointed at the quality & customer services quite arrogant stance thus far . BTWi gave 2 stars for Service ONLY because i allowed for Covid impact

DeliverY was a few weeks but it was as advised. Set was stunning but table was cracked on the corner. Informed them and they said that they would replace. Great! Now after 3 weeks of the lovely summer Weather the cushions are faded. Now not just a bit I mean they have completely bleached. ( I wish I could attach photos) Again sent photos and evidence and was advised that a new set would be ordered. Given an 8-10 week delivery. Since they were due on the 9th July I have phoned and emails and been mostly ignored. Did get one email stating they were ready for immediate dispatch on 23rd July! It’s 20th August, summer almost over and still no covers. Whilst waiting for new table top......day by day more large cracks and surface cracks developed all over the table. New table delivered. GUESS WHAT.....cracks started on this one too. Been in touch......emailed and called several times.....IGNORED....AGAIN. This set isn’t 5 months old and so far has been a nightmare. I find it very hard to believe that so many reviews are left by people praising the delivery team by their first names....I don’t think I have ever asked the names of delivery drivers....especially as it’s contactless due to covid. Also look at their Instagram and FB, any negative comments or questions regains peoples orders are very quickly hidden or removed. So you see a post with 15 comments but can only see 2 visable. Also if I had left a review based on the furniture the day I got it I would have left amazing reviews...like lots of people have....
Now I have been more than patient and understanding but poor customer service and ignoring emails and not answering phones is unacceptable. This furniture is substandard, faulty and all from a company that isn’t accessible to any help. I have never left a negative review but I hope this helps possible customers avoid parting with thousands of pounds for basically a nightmare of damaged faulty goods and shocking customer service. Gutted
Its been a relief to finally find a place where real experiences of this company are recorded . I too have had a set that wasnt fit for purpose with cushion covers that faded dramatically in just a few weeks & limited time in the sun . We have finally been promised new covers but will not be delivered until next year !
Good to see genuine reviews about this company. From what we can gather, anything negative that’s posted on Trustpilot about them is removed.
All of our reviews on trustpilot are legitimate. If reviews are 'removed' this is due to us working with the customer to resolve their issue to their satisfaction.
Trustpilot have quite strict rules, trust me, so all of the five star reviews you see are real!
