Delivery of furniture
Onkar Singh and Akash (Tim) from the delivery team gave me a call before they arrived to let me know when they were coming, which I thought was a nice gesture. They were on time, very professional, and polite the entire time they were delivering my items. All in all, I was really impressed with how they took care of everything and how quickly they got the job done.
Table order problem
I ordered a table back on the 11th of May with the delivery set for the 6th of June. The first delivery came right on time, but sadly the table was missing. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they would reorder the table on the 24th of May. However, when the supposed delivery date rolled around, the driver showed up empty-handed. I've been trying to get updates from MODA, but I've been stuck on hold for a whopping 2 hours with no luck. I have to say, I am very disappointed in the service I've received overall.
Sofa purchase
I bought a sofa from this company not long ago, but when it arrived, it had a few defects. I wasn't happy with the state it was in, but I get that these things can happen when things get moved around.
Garden furniture purchase
I went to the Chelmsford showroom and I was greeted by Claire who was really friendly. She helped me a lot in choosing the right garden furniture and gave great support. The showroom was nicely set up with a good variety to choose from. The parking at the back was handy and it was a nice touch to be able to register my car for free parking. Overall, it was a brilliant experience and I would definitely recommend visiting if you're looking for garden furniture.
Outdoor garden furniture
How awful is this situation! The customer service is just terrible - it's like trying to get blood out of a stone when you're calling them. I've been stuck on hold for more than an hour, just trying to sort out a refund for an order that never arrived. It's been weeks now and there's still no solution in sight - it's beyond annoying! And don't even get me started on the delivery dates they've got on their website - they say 3/4 weeks, only to tell me it's another 3/4 weeks after I've already placed my order. It's honestly a joke! They really need to get their act together.
Mattress purchase
The folk at this company genuinely care about their customers, which is quite hard to come by these days. Sukey and the gang at this place went the extra mile to make sure my experience was absolutely brilliant. They not only showed empathy and understanding, but also gave outstanding service and help the whole way through. I was really impressed by how dedicated they are to making sure customers are happy. And we shouldn't overlook the quality of their products - absolutely fantastic!
Sofa set purchase
I bought a sofa set from this company not too long ago, and I've got to be honest, it was a bit of a letdown. I placed my order back in March, and it was just problem after problem ever since. To start with, the delivery was an absolute nightmare – it took a ridiculous three months for everything to turn up. I was on the phone to them all the time, sending messages, and even complaining, but there was just no communication and everything just kept getting delayed. It was so annoying!
My outdoor furniture
I recently got some fantastic outdoor furniture for my garden, and the company that delivered it was brilliant. They set everything up in my garden and even got rid of all the old furniture. Gurpreet and Fareed, who were part of the team, were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My experience with Moda Furnishings Limited was absolutely fantastic. The sales process was super easy and efficient, and the customer service team was really on the ball in dealing with any hiccups. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. The delivery date was sorted out pretty quickly after I ordered online, and the furniture arrived right on time and without a scratch. The outdoor furniture looks great and is really comfy too, so it's made a great addition to our outdoor area. Bedroom furniture set
I bought a bedroom furniture set from Moda Furnishings Limited recently and I must say, the service was absolutely top-notch. Ordering was easy and the customer service team were really helpful in sorting out all my queries. The delivery team were brilliant - they were really friendly, let me know when they were coming, arrived on time, and looked after my furniture really well. They even unpacked everything for me and took away all the packaging. All in all, I had a really great experience with Moda Furnishings Limited.
Outdoor corner furniture purchase
I am really disappointed with the company's outdoor corner furniture. I contacted them about a damaged outdoor corner Birkin that I received, which is not waterproof as they claimed. Despite being told I would hear back and get it sorted, I have been ignored and no action has been taken. I even left a review, but Jules hasn't reached out as promised. The cover I bought still hasn't been delivered, adding to my frustration. I just want a refund and for them to pick up their poor-quality product, but it seems like they don't care about customer satisfaction once they've been paid. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
Water fountain purchase
I recently bought a water fountain from this company. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it wasn't what I expected based on the website description. I returned the order but I still haven't got my refund, even though I've tried getting in touch with customer service several times. They haven't stuck to their word about giving a quick refund, which has left me feeling let down by their service.
Cushions and table
I just received my stuff after waiting for ages! I placed my order back in March and only received half of it in May. The rest is still missing! The customer service team kept giving me false promises that my order was on its way, but it never arrived. Even the managers were no help and never bothered to return my calls. I'm seriously considering asking them to take back the items they did deliver and refund me the money. 🙄
Outdoor sofa and table
What a nightmare! I ordered an outdoor sofa and table from this company and it has been a disaster. To begin with, they weren't honest about how long it would take for my order to arrive. They only admitted the truth after I made a complaint. When the delivery eventually turned up after being two weeks late, only the table was included. And to make matters worse, they haven't even contacted me about the missing sofa. I'm really thinking about cancelling my order completely.

To be honest, I was really impressed by my visit to this place. The showroom was beautiful, with plenty of choices available. Zaya, the staff member who helped me, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and suggest options that suited my tastes. I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices were compared to what I had seen online, and being able to test out the chairs in person before making a decision was a real game-changer for me. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better shopping trip.

They didn't stick to the delivery dates we agreed on and we got different sofas than the ones we picked. Then, to top it off, the side table we got ended up melting after only two uses, causing a lot of hassle. To make matters worse, I've been trying to cancel the coffee table we're still waiting for but can't seem to reach anyone at the showroom or through their website - it's really frustrating and seems unprofessional.
Garden furniture purchase
The sales assistant, Chrissy, was really nice, helpful, and knew her stuff. She showed us all the different options and suggested what would work well for our garden. With her help, we found just the right furniture for our outdoor area. It made a big difference having her expertise and advice.

My new furniture got delivered by these two really professional and helpful guys. They even took away all the rubbish, which was awesome!
Sectional sofa purchase
Although things got off to a bit of a rocky start with the delivery company, I have to give major props to the customer service team, especially Hamza. He really came through and saved the day. Hamza was super attentive, really understood where I was coming from, and went above and beyond to sort everything out. He took the time to listen to all my issues and made sure they were dealt with quickly and effectively. I was seriously impressed by how professional he was and how much he cared about making sure I was happy. It's not often you come across such top-notch customer service these days, so I'm really grateful for all the hard work that Hamza and the team put in to sort everything out for me.
Patio furniture set
I was really looking forward to setting up my new patio furniture set in the garden for the summer. However, when the delivery arrived, the dining chairs were missing! I tried getting in touch with customer service several times, but the wait on the phone was so long, over an hour each time. I also sent numerous emails, but it felt like I wasn't making any progress. Finally, after speaking to a nice lady on the phone, she assured me that the chairs would arrive on a specific date. Unfortunately, that date came and went and the chairs still hadn't shown up. Waiting for something that was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 10 days has been really frustrating.
