I've been using Trivago to book hotels for years, and I have to say, it's always come through for me. The prices I find on there are consistently better than other popular sites, but without compromising on quality. So, I definitely suggest giving Trivago a look before you confirm your hotel booking.

Distance learning course
My experience with the distance learning course wasn't great. I found the lack of communication frustrating, and the feedback from the tutor was really unhelpful - they even gave me feedback that was meant for someone else! I didn't feel like I had any support until I got to the practical part of the course, where I could finally learn properly. I won't be spending my money on another course like this again.

Coffee tables with scratches
I bought some coffee tables from this shop not long ago, but they turned up with a few scratches. So I got in touch with their Customer Service team and they were really helpful.
