My parents got the moonshot shock sensors on their windows installed a while back. Last week they got burgled while out and the guy literally broke into a window that had the shock sensors installed but guess what?? The sensors did nothing, they didn't even realize that the glass had been broken into which in turn meant that no one called to alert my parents. Really let down with the product

Due to supply issues, I could not buy my lens solution form my normal place. A quick online search showed Onbuy having the item at the lowest price. The purchase process was simple, and I was kept updated throughout the entire process. Delivery as indicated, but not next day.

Many clothes
I've been buying since December 2020 and spent hundreds. I took out the unlimited next day delivery for the year and received my goods every time. Yes there is need for improvement for customer Service and deliveries out of UK in particularly. The quality of clothes is a bit of hit and miss. Some are really good some aren't. Returns process can take sometime but since corona BS seems every company jumping on the bandwagon with the over 20 days for returns process.

I bought a tracksuit last week, with their next day delivery option. A week after the customer service says I need to wait until 11th of November. I got in touch with Hermes delivery just to find out they don’t have the parcel. The tracking number provided is not real. This is a proper scam, reading other reviews it’s also systematic. My best friend is a single mother and never buys herself anything. On her Birthday I gave her a $200 budget to buy herself some new clothes and accessories. I recommended a few websites for her to peruse and we ended up at Ultamodan. We has so much fun shopping online together for her isolation Birthday but even more fun today with her online fashion show. Everything looks perfect on her and I couldn't be happier.
I’m still waiting on my parcel to come . I’m honestly so mad . I’ve saw someone I know who have had a coat from them and got delivered that’s why I had hope but I ordered the start of March and all I’m getting is auto responses . I’m due to take this further .

I had a very bad experience with Ultamodan. It really seemed genuine. I had ordered a dress with them and there was no delivery. I waited up to four weeks and then at that point I cancelled my order and asked for my refund, they got back and cancelled my order and said refund will follow in 7 working days but to my surprise nothing arrived. I ended up calling my bank and told them my situation, luckily my bank refunded me and said that they were going to chase them and get my money back.

Ordered 2 coats 9th March 2021; waited patiently as thought I’d give them a fair chance due to possible pandemic related issues; chased on 7th June, told they were giving my order ‘top priority’ and I would receive in a mystical 15 business days; chased again 2nd July, again told they would soon be despatching my order…at which point I have requested a refund, then, doh, checked the company reviews. I was able to get a refund - If anyone needs help I'm happy to help. I have submitted a complaints to every fraud agency in the UK and they are currently investigating the matter. If anyone else would like to you can report them via Action Fraud Police UK

Bridesmaid dresses...
Thanks to the team at Ultamodan. We found our perfect Bridesmaid dresses here. The Customer Care Team express posted a dress for one of the girls to try and for us to examine the quality and colour. We were very happy with both the quality of the dress and time required to ship. I could then go ahead and order the remaining 4 dresses. The ladies look perfect and we are excited to be married early next year.

My 14 year old daughter ordered a jacket off here beginning of April. Still a no show and hasn't even been dispatched. I wish I had read the reviews before allowing her to order. Im going to give them a week to refund me and if they don't im going to be looking into what I can do about this. Seems like they have been scamming everyone.
