Remittance transfer issues
I've had a frustrating time with my recent money transfers using this service. The processing time has been much slower than what I'm used to from similar services in the past. On top of that, I'm having trouble getting my payments through because they claim my account is 'invalid'. It doesn't make sense to me because that same account works fine with other services and it's definitely my own account. I'm disappointed with how this issue has been handled - the customer service team just keeps saying it's 'invalid details' without actually finding out what's gone wrong. It looks like the service isn't as good as it used to be, especially when it comes to working with their local partners. So, I've made the decision to stop using this platform and go back to more reliable options.
Locked Account
My account has been locked, and I've already provided them with all the necessary information, but it's still not sorted out. I really need help as soon as possible so that I can start using my account again. Would someone be able to assist me with this, please?
Transaction cancellation issue
I've been really worried because I'm waiting for some funds to be sent over to me. My husband told me that the money transfers from Denmark to Ghana are not going through on his end either. I really need this money urgently as I'm going through some tough times and require it for essentials. Money transfer experience to Zimbabwe
I had a really frustrating time with a money transfer to Zimbabwe not long ago. I sent the money on the 24th of May using the service, and on the 25th of May, the app said the money had been picked up. However, when I checked with the person I sent it to, they said they hadn't got it. I got in touch with World Remit UK quite a few times, got a case number, but got no help. Even though I tried to sort it out, World Remit just kept saying the money had been collected, when it hadn't. In the end, the person only got the money on the 7th of June after lots of calls to the local provider in Zimbabwe. This whole thing has made me feel really unsure and not keen on using this service again.

I really enjoy using this service to send money to my family abroad. It's so easy, quick, and dependable. They always get the money in no time, which I really value. Keep doing what you're doing!
Trouble with sending money
Oh, I've just had such a nightmare trying to send money to my usual account - it failed completely! And trying to get in touch with them - ugh, don't even get me started. Hi folks, I sent some money to Congo and it actually took a couple of days to get there. I gotta admit, I was a bit worried when it was taking longer than I thought it would, but thankfully it all worked out in the end. Oh, what a relief!
Sending money stopped because there's only an app now
I've been sending money with WorldRemit for years, but now I can't do it anymore as they've only got an app for phones. I don't have a phone, so I suppose I'll have to look for another way to send money. It's a bit disappointing, to be honest.
International transaction problem
I wasn't very satisfied with my recent experience using this service for an international transaction. Even though I did everything I was supposed to, the person I was trying to send money to never received it. It was really frustrating not being able to track the transaction because the local partner, Wafacash, didn't give me a reference number. It's disappointing when a company doesn't make sure everything goes smoothly. So, I had to find another way to send the money since I didn't get a refund from Worldremit. All in all, this service was not very reliable or trustworthy.

I just wanted to say that I've finally got my refund sorted out after a few delays. It did take a bit longer than I hoped, but I do appreciate the effort that was put in to get everything sorted. I thought it was a nice touch to receive a call to address the issue, it really showed a commitment to good customer service. All in all, I'm happy with how things have been resolved.

I tried to send some cash over to Pakistan through your service, but I hit a bit of a snag. The person I was sending it to couldn't pick it up because there was an error with the link your company sent. I've tried a bunch of times to fix it, but no luck so far. Sent money to family
To start off, me and my partner have been using this app for ages to send money to my family. The other day, my partner sent some cash to us on the 1st of June, but there was a hiccup with the verification and I didn't get the money until the 4th of June. It was pretty annoying because we had already done all the verification stuff when my partner signed up for the app. It seems like they're a bit slow at sorting out simple problems like this, which can be really irritating for someone who needs the money urgently. But, after getting in touch with them, they managed to sort it out and I finally got the money. Hopefully, we won't have to go through that verification process again in the future. Big thanks to Worldremit for fixing my issue and for still being our go-to choice for transferring money!
Confirmation text message probs
I've been having trouble getting the confirmation text message lately, which is really important because I can't get my money without it. Customer service is taking ages to sort it out when I tell them about it. Can you please get it fixed soon? It's really frustrating.
Money transfer resolved
I had a problem transferring money but after I complained on May 15th, it was sorted out professionally and efficiently. I was actually thinking of deleting the app but now I might give it another go because of how well they dealt with my issue and their reasonable charges. Big thanks to CARL for making sure everything went smoothly until the money was successfully sent. Once I sent the necessary documents, the payment was processed in less than a day and the receiver got the money on May 16th. I'm a very happy customer now! Thank you so much 🙂
