Broken extractors
I ordered these extractors two months ago, and they both arrived broken! I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but they've only responded after I left a negative review. It took 4 emails just to request compensation for having to rent extractors for 2 months. I think I'll stick to shopping at car boot sales in the future - definitely more affordable for a reason!

First visit, helpful staff, great service
My trip to Suit Direct was great! The staff, especially Melanie Smith, were so helpful and friendly. Melanie really went the extra mile to help my husband pick out a jacket that could go with both trousers and jeans. We were really impressed with the amazing service we got, it's not often you come across such great customer care. We'll definitely be telling our friends and family about this store because of the fantastic service. Huge thanks to Melanie for making our shopping trip so enjoyable.
Review about: VOXI
Free promo, sim card, activation issues
I was really looking forward to getting a free promo code for a sim card from VOXI as a customer. However, trying to activate it was a nightmare. I picked my plan, put in the promo code, and gave my bank details, but then I got an error message. Even though I got an email saying I was all sorted, my sim card wasn't working. I tried to activate it again, the promo code went through but still nothing happened with the sim card. It was such a hassle and waste of time, and I was so let down by the whole thing.

Excellent customer service, quick response, high-quality clothes
I really had a great experience with this company. The customer service was amazing, they got back to me so quickly whenever I had a question over email. The clothes I got were such good quality, I can definitely say I won't shop for dresses anywhere else. Thanks so much for the excellent service!
