3 Pairs of Trousers
I bought 3 pairs of trousers from this website and honestly, they were terrible! When I tried them on, they were all way too big so I decided to send them back. But when I only got a refund for 2 pairs, they claimed one was worn. It absolutely wasn't - they still had the tag on them! And now they're also accusing me of damage to the stitching on the pockets, but that's just how they send out their poor quality items. After checking Trust Pilot, I saw that many others have faced the same issues with this shady company.
Emergency suit purchase
I popped into the SD store at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol last minute to grab an emergency suit. Anna, who helped me out, was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly, professional, and really went out of her way to assist me. I honestly think she should be Employee of the Month for her top-notch customer service. All in all, my trip to the store was a great one and I'm really happy with my purchase.
Suit for grandson
When me and my grandson went to the shop, we were greeted by a really helpful guy called Andy Carroll. Andy gave us great help without being too pushy, giving good advice that suited my grandson and showing a real interest in helping us find the right suit. His amazing customer service skills and friendly personality made our shopping trip really nice. We would definitely suggest this shop to others because of Andy's great service. We're even happy to go all the way to Manchester, where Andy usually works, for any future shopping. A huge thank you to Andy for his fantastic help!
Prom suit purchase
I bought a suit for my son's prom at Suit Direct recently. Our trip to the Cheshire Oaks store was brilliant. A guy called Andy Carroll really went out of his way to help us and give us top-notch service. He not only helped us find the perfect suit for my son, but he also made sure our other child was happy and kept busy while we were there. The store had a nice vibe and loads of suits to choose from. I'd definitely suggest checking out this store if you need formal wear.
Disappointing customer service
I went to the store the other day and honestly, the customer service was terrible. The person I spoke to seemed really stuck up and didn't really help me out at all, which just made me feel unwelcome. I think it's so important for businesses to focus on giving good customer service and making customers feel special. Having positive interactions with customers can really make or break a business. But, after that bad experience, I don't think I'll be going back to shop there again.
Prom suit fitting at Merry Hill
I popped into the Merry Hill store the other day to sort out my son's Prom suit, and let me tell you, Derek was just fantastic to deal with. He was so friendly, helpful, and really knew what he was doing, which made the whole experience really pleasant for my boy. Derek's knowledge and professionalism helped us feel comfortable and calm during the fitting session. I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a special occasion outfit. Wrong size waistcoat
I had to get a waistcoat at the last minute and was really happy to see one online. But when it came, it was the wrong size! I was gutted because I paid extra for next day delivery. I thought, "Don't worry, they'll refund me and cover the postage for this error." But no, they didn't even say sorry! That's just not on, so I won't be buying from them again.
Waistcoat and trousers
I'm really disappointed with the customer service I got from the online store. I ordered a waistcoat and trousers, but they were both too small. When I returned them, they gave me a hard time processing my refund. The customer service rep, Carron, accused me of wearing the trousers because the tag was missing. I told them the tag fell off when I was repackaging the item, but they still refused to give me a full refund. This whole situation made me feel frustrated and unhappy with the shopping experience.

I had a fantastic time shopping for wedding suits with really helpful staff. The selection of suits was amazing, and the quality was top-notch without breaking the bank. I would definitely suggest this store to anyone looking for a great suit for any event.
Wedding suit purchase
I bought a suit from this company for a special occasion not too long ago and was pretty disappointed with the quality. On the actual day of the event, one of the buttons on the waistcoat just popped off, and when I checked, I could tell that the stitching on another button wasn't too great either. It was such a let-down not being able to wear the suit I spent close to £400 on.
Wedding suit purchase
I went to the store at Cheshire Oaks to try on some suits for an upcoming wedding. The woman who helped me, Fatima (I hope I got the name right), was amazing. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. But then things changed when the manager, a bald chap, showed up. He was so rude and disrespectful, just a horrible person all round. It's all about customer service, not feeding your own ego. The CEO really needs to check who they're hiring as managers because this guy needs to go. Despite this bad experience, I might consider coming back to shop here again, as long as that manager isn't still around.
Wedding suit shopping
Andy at the Cheshire Oaks outlet was a massive help when we were on the hunt for wedding suits. He was really friendly, easy to chat to, and gave us some great advice, which made our trip so much better. We can't wait to catch up with him at the new Trafford Centre store.
First visit, helpful staff, great service
My trip to Suit Direct was great! The staff, especially Melanie Smith, were so helpful and friendly. Melanie really went the extra mile to help my husband pick out a jacket that could go with both trousers and jeans. We were really impressed with the amazing service we got, it's not often you come across such great customer care. We'll definitely be telling our friends and family about this store because of the fantastic service. Huge thanks to Melanie for making our shopping trip so enjoyable.
Perfectly fitted suit
The sales assistant at the branch was really helpful and took the time to make sure my suit fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place for high-quality suits and great service.
New suit
I recently bought a new suit from this shop and it was really great. The person who assisted me was like a suit expert and knew everything about suits. They were able to recommend suits for different occasions and I felt really elegant trying them on. The entire team there was incredibly friendly and supportive, it felt like having my own personal stylist. Rodney was particularly fantastic and thanks to him and the team, I felt like a superstar in my new suit!
Quality Suit for Son
I had a really good time in a shop in West Quay, Southampton. The lady helping me was really helpful and knew a lot about the suits they had. She helped me pick out the perfect size and style for my son, even though he's quite small. I was really happy with the suit we bought, the quality was great. It was a really good shopping trip overall.
Great help from Mohammed
I popped into the shop with my dad to pick out a suit for my prom. We weren't sure what colour suit I wanted, but Mohammed was a massive help. He was brilliant at his job, so friendly and really went out of his way to assist us. In the end, I ended up with a really smart suit, shirt, and tie.
Awesome service from the salesman at the High Wycombe shop
The guy in the shop was really helpful and friendly. He helped me find a great suit for a school dance and was so nice and polite. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends!
Poorly made products
I bought some stuff from the shop the other day and honestly, it was a bit rubbish. The clothes were basically falling to pieces as soon as I got them out of the package. Then when I got in touch with customer service to sort it out, they were really uninterested and not very helpful at all. Total letdown, to be fair.
Suit for husband's birthday
I bought a suit for my husband's birthday recently, but it's been a total nightmare. I ordered it on the 29th of April, expecting it in time for his birthday in the first week of May. However, it hasn't arrived yet, and I haven't received any updates or an estimated delivery date. The lack of communication from the company is really frustrating. I've had to keep contacting customer service to ask about my order, but their responses are unhelpful and there doesn't seem to be a resolution in sight. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service from a company I was relying on for a special gift for my husband.
