Subscription purchase for £14.99
I recently signed up for a deal where I would get six copies of a magazine for £14.99. This deal also promised me a 2for1 card and free seeds. However, when I got my first magazine, I was disappointed to see that only the magazine was there, no seeds or card. I emailed customer service to explain, and they said the seeds would come later, but the card was supposedly inside the magazine's cover. I thought this was a bit rude because I would have seen the card if it was actually there, especially since I had bought the magazine before. I even sent pictures of both covers, but the issue hasn't been fixed yet. I'm annoyed by the lack of follow-up and communication, all I want is my 2for1 card that was promised. I hope this can be sorted out quickly.

Meal delivery
I am really not happy with the service I have received from this company. My deliveries have been late all the time and once, my order didn't turn up at all. When I tried to get in touch with customer service for help, I didn't hear back from them for days. On top of that, the food wasn't great - it was boring and there wasn't much choice. Overall, I had a bad time with this meal prep service.

Terrible travel insurance
The travel insurance I got was terrible! The customer service was so poor, they couldn't even give me proper answers to my questions. It felt like they were just trying to deceive me into buying from another dodgy company called Reactive Claims. I wouldn't advise either of them to anyone!

Parcel delivery took longer than expected
I ordered something online and the Parcel delivery said it would come the next day. But it actually took two days because the drop off time was later than the website had mentioned. It's all good though, because my package arrived in the end, no worries.

Took 1 and next day struggled to breathe. The ones I get from doctor on prescription are ok. Don’t buy.
