Trying to place an order online
I mean, come on, why is it so difficult to accept the United Kingdom as a shipping address? I spent ages trying to place an order because your system wouldn't even recognise the UK as a valid destination. It's just ridiculous and honestly, quite insulting to potential customers like me and my husband, who also had the same issue. Get it together!

Binance gift card purchase
I bought a Binance gift card from this site the other day, and after I’d paid, they asked for my ID and a pic of it. It was annoying because I’d already paid. I had to get in touch with their live chat support for assistance, and thankfully they gave me a refund. The site could be a bit sketchy, but at least their support was good.

Personalised kit purchase
I recently bought a personalised kit from the store, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Even though there was a delay in getting a dispatch email, I got in touch with customer services by phone and email, and they were quick to respond and put my mind at ease. They told me that my order was being personalised and would be dispatched soon, and they were true to their word as I received a dispatch email later that day. My order then arrived promptly on Monday morning, just in time for my son's birthday. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, only took seven days, which was better than I expected. I am really happy with the quality of the product and the efficiency of the service I received.

Photo album order
I recently ordered some photo albums from this company, but when they arrived one of them was damaged. I got in touch with customer service and spoke to a guy named Joseph Green. He was really helpful and sorted everything out quickly. Joseph organised for a new set of albums to be printed and sent to me. I was really impressed with how fast they dealt with my problem and the great customer service Joseph provided.
