I have to be honest, the customer service from this company is actually quite good, but the problem really comes down to their payment system partner. Tazapay is just a nightmare to deal with - they are causing huge delays in getting payments to the company, and their online reputation is really bad. It's really frustrating that these Tazapay issues are affecting how people see the company, and I've had payment problems twice myself now. I'm really not happy about it at all.
Gift card purchase
I was so pleased about it! My mate online couldn't splash out on Minecraft, so I thought I'd give him a surprise with an online gift card. I thought I'd take a gamble with SEAGM for the first time, and you know what, it paid off! It all went without a hitch and I managed to buy the gift card with no problems at all. I bought a Binance gift card from this site the other day, and after I’d paid, they asked for my ID and a pic of it. It was annoying because I’d already paid. I had to get in touch with their live chat support for assistance, and thankfully they gave me a refund. The site could be a bit sketchy, but at least their support was good.

Refund and unhelpful live chat
I recently had a bit of a disappointing experience with SEAGM. I made an order and was told by the live chat support that it would arrive later. But then I only got a partial refund instead of the full amount. When I contacted live chat again, they just said the order was closed and that was that. It's really frustrating when there's no accountability or good customer service. It's not fair for us customers to have to deal with losses because of bad service.

I used to really enjoy using this website, but my last purchase was an absolute nightmare. I purchased a 15,000 yen gift card, but when I tried to redeem it, I only received 200 yen. I followed all the instructions and completed the form as directed, but after waiting for a week, I was informed that everything was in order. How can everything be fine when I only received 200 yen after spending such a large amount of money? I must say, I am very disappointed this time.

I tried to buy a digital gift card but my payment got declined even though PayPal took the money. I contacted customer service for a refund but still haven't heard back. It's really frustrating and disappointing that there's been no communication or solution to this issue. I was hoping for better service and responsibility from the company.
E-voucher purchase
Oh, I attempted to purchase an e-voucher from that website to avoid entering my card details online. It was a terrible experience! They made me go through so many hurdles, requesting ID, bank details, and even a photo of my bank card. And then they had the audacity to ask why I needed the voucher! Can you believe it? After putting up with this nonsense for two days, I decided to cancel. Such a complete waste of time and effort. I suggest avoiding that site, it's just not worth the hassle!
