New to pet sitting site, very pleased
We were new to the pet sitting site and we were really happy with how everything turned out. We thought the platform was very detailed and we felt comfortable leaving our home and pet in good hands while we were on our trip. However, we did come across a couple of small problems. The messaging system was a bit annoying as some of our replies seemed to disappear in the chain of messages. Also, when we tried to print out the guide book to go over with our sitter, the font was so tiny and we couldn't work out how to make it bigger. Despite these technical issues, our actual experience with the sitter was absolutely brilliant.

Mattress topper nightmare
What a nightmare! I ordered a mattress topper and the first one they sent was the wrong size, then the replacement was the wrong type. The third one they sent was the wrong size again! It feels like a ridiculous joke that won't end. Customer service hasn't been helpful at all and I'm so frustrated. I just want a refund and to never deal with this company again.

Replacement items
I shop a lot and the other day I had to get in touch with customer services because my parcel went missing. It was a bit of a mission to finally speak to someone, but when I did, they were really helpful and got my replacement items sent out straight away. The prices are good and I'm happy with everything overall, but I do wish the customer service communication was a bit more smooth.

Broken BP Monitor
My BP monitor broke and I was so worried. But I emailed them and they got back to me really quickly and were so helpful. They sent me a new monitor that works perfectly. Their customer service is really excellent!

Quick UK to France transfer
I was really impressed by how quickly they processed my transfer from the UK to France - only took 8 seconds! It was really impressive and it definitely made me feel more secure about the whole thing. The website was easy to use and the extra security with the security code was a nice touch. Overall, a job well done!
