Kitchen scales
I bought some kitchen scales from Salter and they have been brilliant. I've had a few different sets before, but Salter's ones have lasted the longest. I use them regularly, about 5-10 times a day, and after 3 years, I noticed a problem with the display. Luckily, Salter offers extended warranty support, which was really useful. The support team were quick to respond, patient, and really helped me get my scales replaced. I'm really happy with how well the scales work and the great customer service from Salter. Now, if only they could do the same for bathroom scales!
Efficient use of space, oven replacement

Kitchen scales
I bought some kitchen scales from this shop not long ago, and I'm pretty pleased with them. They've got a nice, modern design and are spot on with their measurements. Although I did notice they weigh things a bit higher than my other scales, the ones I use for my Slimming World tracking. It would have been handy if there were instructions on how to adjust the settings for more precise readings. Apart from that, the scales have been doing a great job for me and have become a dependable tool in my kitchen.

Electronic Bathroom Scales
What a waste of money! I got these new electronic bathroom scales to swap out my old ones, but they're completely useless. No matter where I put them, they give me a different weight every time I use them. I even changed the battery, but it made no difference. I want my money back, but there's no return address and I've lost the box.
Faulty knife set
I was given a knife set about 6 months back as a present. I've noticed that the rubber handles on two of the five knives have started to wear out. I got in touch with customer service and sent them some pictures, but they came back asking for proof of purchase. Since it was a gift, I don't have any way to get hold of that.

Broken BP Monitor
My BP monitor broke and I was so worried. But I emailed them and they got back to me really quickly and were so helpful. They sent me a new monitor that works perfectly. Their customer service is really excellent!
Blender blade purchase
I had to get a new blade for my blender and thankfully they had it available. It was reasonably priced and arrived really quickly. I'm happy with the purchase, no complaints here!
