I was really disappointed with my experience using this online legal document service. I thought I was just signing up for a free trial, but before I knew it, I had been switched to a paid subscription without even being told. I only found out when I saw the charges on my credit card. It was really frustrating because there was no communication at all about this change, and there weren't any receipts in my account to help me keep track of my spending. When I tried reaching out to customer service about my concerns, they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care. I would definitely recommend steering clear of this service - it's not a scam, but it's pretty close.

Contract renewal with internet provider
I've just renewed my 18-month contract with my internet provider and wasn't too pleased to see them upping the prices again.
I got in touch with customer services and managed to haggle them down to a lower price, which I was grateful for.
Overall, I've had a pretty good experience with the provider - no extended outages and the speeds were as promised.

There were loads of different types of places to stay, from just a room to all-inclusive options, so there was something for everyone's tastes and budgets.
