    Best services that i ever got

    I was really looking for a financial service for saving my money. I was so desperate and in hurry, not just that my previous experience with a financial company was so bad that I don't want to take another stupid step which causes me to lose my money again. Well, I searched a lot and finally, i found Scottish friendly, at starting I was little suspicious but after having a good chat with the member of this company and understanding how they are going to help me. Recently I have completed one year with Scottish friendly I must say its amazing. my experience with them is outstanding, the best thing about them is I can contact them whenever I want. The problem with my previous finance helpers, they were so late and lazy and I never got my reply on time. not with Scottish friendly, they provide an email address to me, I can send regular emails and ask quarries as well as I can contact on call.

    Refused payment issue

    I got in touch with SF to chat about a payment that was turned down for a plan I already had. The person I spoke to was really great and explained the problem clearly. However, it did take 3 weeks to sort out from when I first called. SF did send an email saying sorry for the hold-up, but they could improve by being quicker with their communication for a better rating.

    I had such a nightmare trying to cash in my pension with this company. I started the process back in February like they told me to, and they said it would take about 8 weeks. What a joke! I had to call them practically every day, and I ended up speaking to over 15 different people who didn't seem to have a clue what was happening. They kept feeding me lies about the process, and they even lost my ID that I had to send them twice by email. It was really stressful and frustrating, and I wouldn't want anyone to go through the same thing. Trust me, stay away from them at all costs.

    Trouble with opening my ISA

    I'm pretty frustrated because it's been 2 weeks and my ISA still isn't open. I left a review sharing my irritation, and they told me to email them. It's been another 3 weeks now, and even though they replied to my Trustpilot message, my problem hasn't been fixed. I've managed to easily open four other ISAs in a short time, so this situation is disappointing. If they can't open an ISA for me, they should just tell me instead of dragging this out and wasting everyone's time.

    I am really not happy with the service I have received when it comes to the maturity of my policy. I've told them what I want multiple times in the last six months, but all I get are excuses and no resolution. I'm thinking about getting the financial ombudsman involved to sort this out.

    ISA purchase via Top Cashback

    I signed up for an ISA through Top Cashback, they said I could get a £320 cashback if I invested £100 a month. But it's been seven months now and I still haven't got the cashback. When I asked the company about it, they just blamed Top Cashback, and then Top Cashback blamed them. It's frustrating that no one is taking responsibility, it makes me doubt if this deal is even legit.

    Pension drawdown delay

    I'm really disappointed with the service I've received from this company. I've been waiting on a form to be emailed to me since May 10th and I've heard all sorts of excuses as to why it's taking so long. The poor communication and slow responses to emails and letters is just not on. I had a much better experience with Prudential, they managed to sort out a similar process in just 7 weeks. I wish I'd gone with them instead and I'd recommend others steer clear of this company.

    ISA for son

    I'm really sorry to hear about the bad time your son had with the company that was supposed to offer him an ISA. It's worrying that he lost access to his account when he turned 18, and the problems he's had dealing with them. It's not right that it's been over a month and he still can't get to his money, and on top of that, they're not even communicating with him. It's a good idea to reach out to the FCA for advice in this situation because they can help figure out what to do next to sort out this problem.

    Customer service disappointment

    I came across a review claiming those people are really fake. At first, I assumed maybe it was just a one-off bad experience. But then I had an issue with what I bought and I sent them all the details they wanted. And guess what? They pretty much just ignored me! I received a generic response that didn't even acknowledge my problem. It's such a joke!

    15 year money builder

    I had two policies with this company and had a very bad experience getting my money back from them when the first policy matured, the second one is the same, this company is not to be trusted. I’m disgusted by them
