lovely experience shopping from Rich
I needed to travel to Dallas and needed ankle boots and a jacket. However, I have pending tasks I needed to sort out. After series of thought, I decided to get the ankle boot and jacket from Warehouse, hoping it gets to me before I travelled. I got my package a few days after I made the order and on time for my trip. It was exactly what I wanted and the price was affordable too. I am very satisfied shopping with Warehouse and I will be shopping from them again whenever I need to buy any product that they sell. I recommend warehouse to anyone who wants to buy fashion wears and accessories.

1 winebox
Saw a winebox from winebuyers recommended in the press. Ordered on 13th. October and they charged my card immediately. Six days later finally had an email telling me my order was being prepared for delivery! Nothing since. Have phone three times and emailed twice. The women on the phone can't explain why it hasn't been dispatched and don't get back to you. No response to emails. The last person told me the shippers were waiting for a response from the accounts team but could only promise to email them. They still have my money.
I did get the wine box eventually over 6 weeks after I ordered it. It appears to have been a stock problem with the supplier probably exacerbated by the original Guardian review. It would have helped to have been told of this out of stock problem initially and perhaps offered a refund then. That said, fair play to Jinny at winebuyers who contacted me after I wrote reviews on line and then kept chasing the supplier until I got the wine, which as it happens is very pleasant.

Updated after calling..Horrific! By own admission stock comes from overseas. Their estimates at time of order are grossly exaggerated.
Ordered 20/09, due to them 09/10, when chased told 28/10 now told having requested cancellation 3 times, it's expected "next week"!
Do not consider this company they'll take your money and drag their feet at every opportunity and when you call them you're in for possibly the most cheeky customer service experience ever!
Saddens me to see so many great companies fall during Covid and outfits like this have the arrogance to offer such poor service and retaliate when challenged.Worst company to ever exist in the history of companies. Poor customer services please people buy at your own risk. Cruel and evil
