    Customer Service Experience

    I recently had a really good customer service experience with The Warehouse. I made a mistake with my email address when ordering and couldn't track my order. It was quite annoying as I like to keep an eye on my purchases. But, I decided to contact the customer service team on The Warehouse website to sort it out. The website was easy to use, so I reached out for help. I spoke to customer service reps called Darius and Mei, who were both really helpful and sorted out my issue quickly. I was really impressed by how professional and knowledgeable they were. Overall, my experience with The Warehouse's customer service team was fantastic and I'm very happy with the result.

    I needed to travel to Dallas and needed ankle boots and a jacket. However, I have pending tasks I needed to sort out. After series of thought, I decided to get the ankle boot and jacket from Warehouse, hoping it gets to me before I travelled. I got my package a few days after I made the order and on time for my trip. It was exactly what I wanted and the price was affordable too. I am very satisfied shopping with Warehouse and I will be shopping from them again whenever I need to buy any product that they sell. I recommend warehouse to anyone who wants to buy fashion wears and accessories.

    I had a bit of a problem with a return not going through correctly. So, I sent a text and got a super quick reply saying they were dealing with other customers too. Very soon after, a lady called Mary Grace got in touch with me. She said my return had been sorted out and my money had been refunded. Mary Grace made sure to confirm that the refund would show up in my Klarna account the next day. I was really pleased with how fast and smoothly my issue got resolved. Big thanks to Mary Grace!

    I recently had to return some things I bought, and I have to say, the customer service at this Warehouse was really good. I didn't have to wait on hold for ages, I could just message them and they replied quickly. El and Cherry were so helpful with my return. But I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I had some problems with my account in the first place, which meant I had to contact customer service. Returning things should be simple and hassle-free.

    I recently bought two things from this Warehouse, and I have to say, I wasn't too impressed with the whole thing. First off, I didn't get an email to confirm my order, so I was left wondering if it had even gone through. Then, the items turned up separately, from different suppliers! I thought Warehouse was meant to be the place where you get everything in one go? To add to that, one of the items arrived with no paperwork, and when I tried to return it using the website, it wouldn't accept my order number. How am I meant to send something back without the right paperwork? And as if that wasn't bad enough, I didn't get any replies to my emails asking for help. All in all, a bit of a letdown that's left me doubting whether I can trust this Warehouse in the future.

    I bought a dress from Warehouse online, but when it arrived, there was a mix-up with the label, so they sent me the wrong size.     Wedding dress purchase

    Recently, I bought a wedding dress at this Warehouse, but it turned out to be a bit of a let-down. I opted for the 5-7 day shipping, eagerly waiting for my dress to turn up. Sadly, I never got a dispatch email. When I contacted them to check in on my order, I found out that the warehouse team had cancelled it without giving me a heads up. I was really looking forward to wearing that dress to the wedding, so it was a real shame. It was pretty annoying to only find out about the cancellation when I contacted them myself.

    I recently bought a skirt from the Warehouse website. However, when it arrived, it looked different from the photo online. I sent it back quickly for a refund, but I was disappointed when they said they wouldn't refund the postage cost. It seems like ever since they were taken over, the company's customer service has gone downhill. The customer service team didn't help at all and wouldn't pass the issue on to a manager, so I had to involve PayPal to sort it out. It's obvious that they're now more focused on fast fashion and making money rather than making sure customers are happy. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere, as there are plenty of other companies that offer better service.

    I bought this really cool jacket online, but when it arrived it was way too tight on me so I had to send it back.     Second purchase using store credit

    I just bought something for the second time from the online shop with store credit. I sent back something before because it wasn't good quality and got store credit back then. But now, when I tried to send this new thing back, they told me I couldn't because it was bought with store credit, even though I used some extra money too. The customer service team didn't help at all. I would suggest not using this website or buying anything from it.

    Wrong item received

    I was really surprised by how awful their return process was. There was no personal touch at all, and it was so inefficient. On top of that, they made me pay for the return! It was impossible to get in touch with anyone directly to sort out the problem. And to make matters worse, the item didn't even arrive on time. I wasted so much time and money dealing with all of this.
