    Counter roulette at Takanini

    I ended up doing a whole counter tour at The Warehouse in Takanini this afternoon — not on purpose. Picked up a photo frame and a print, left them on the passenger seat and realised ten minutes later in the car that the frame was the wrong size. Went back in, thought 'no problem', but that was optimistic. Stationery sent us to refunds, refunds to another counter. One staff member, Ninder, was curt and kept redirecting us; Kristel had a 'this counter is closed' sign up while she was there doing her bits, which felt odd. We waited; I asked for help because we were late for an appointment, but the bloke next to her shrugged. It came to a head when Ninder practically chucked the frame on the counter and walked off. The frame itself was fine — decent quality — but the service turned a ten-minute job into a small saga. Not impressed, though I did get my refund in the end.

    Not quite what I expected

    I ordered from them a few months back and thought it would be straightforward. First impression was fine — the website looked normal and delivery was supposed to be quick. Then things went a bit sideways. I returned two items together using the single returns label I was given. After that, silence. Emails went unanswered for ages and when someone did reply it felt like passing the parcel; nobody seemed to know who was responsible. I chased it for months and only got vague promises that the refund would be sorted, which it never was. The delivery itself was okay when it arrived, but the whole post-delivery experience is the problem. Customer service has been the real let-down. It's frustrating and a bit maddening to keep repeating the same story. I'm now looking at legal options because I don’t have much faith they'll resolve it properly. Bit disappointed, to be honest — could have been handled so much better with a single clear reply.

    Nice dresses, annoying returns

    one of the items should've had the 'extra25' discount (I even took a screenshot), and it didn't come off. Customer service's answer was basically 'didn't apply to sale' — which confused me because other pieces I bought were part of that same promo. Then returns got messy. I sent two dresses back in the same parcel nearly four weeks ago. They emailed to say one arrived, despite both being together. I've emailed and WhatsApp'd them loads with tracking details, got told to follow up and then silence. I'm out about £40, which matters to me. The clothes are nice — won't deny that — but if you think you might return anything, be cautious.

    Two items

    I recently bought two things from this Warehouse, and I have to say, I wasn't too impressed with the whole thing. First off, I didn't get an email to confirm my order, so I was left wondering if it had even gone through. Then, the items turned up separately, from different suppliers! I thought Warehouse was meant to be the place where you get everything in one go? To add to that, one of the items arrived with no paperwork, and when I tried to return it using the website, it wouldn't accept my order number. How am I meant to send something back without the right paperwork? And as if that wasn't bad enough, I didn't get any replies to my emails asking for help. All in all, a bit of a letdown that's left me doubting whether I can trust this Warehouse in the future.

    Wedding dress purchase

    Recently, I bought a wedding dress at this Warehouse, but it turned out to be a bit of a let-down. I opted for the 5-7 day shipping, eagerly waiting for my dress to turn up. Sadly, I never got a dispatch email. When I contacted them to check in on my order, I found out that the warehouse team had cancelled it without giving me a heads up. I was really looking forward to wearing that dress to the wedding, so it was a real shame. It was pretty annoying to only find out about the cancellation when I contacted them myself.

    Skirt purchase

    I recently bought a skirt from the Warehouse website. However, when it arrived, it looked different from the photo online. I sent it back quickly for a refund, but I was disappointed when they said they wouldn't refund the postage cost. It seems like ever since they were taken over, the company's customer service has gone downhill. The customer service team didn't help at all and wouldn't pass the issue on to a manager, so I had to involve PayPal to sort it out. It's obvious that they're now more focused on fast fashion and making money rather than making sure customers are happy. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere, as there are plenty of other companies that offer better service.

    I got in touch with customer service the other day about a payment delay on a return I sent back. Rochelle from customer service got back to me quickly and let me know what was going on. She told me that my return had been sorted out and gave me a timeframe for when I could expect payment. I was really impressed with how smoothly the communication went and how quickly the problem was fixed. All in all, I'm happy with the customer service I received.

    I recently had a really good customer service experience with The Warehouse. I made a mistake with my email address when ordering and couldn't track my order. It was quite annoying as I like to keep an eye on my purchases. But, I decided to contact the customer service team on The Warehouse website to sort it out. The website was easy to use, so I reached out for help. I spoke to customer service reps called Darius and Mei, who were both really helpful and sorted out my issue quickly. I was really impressed by how professional and knowledgeable they were. Overall, my experience with The Warehouse's customer service team was fantastic and I'm very happy with the result.

    I bought this really cool jacket online, but when it arrived it was way too tight on me so I had to send it back.     Second purchase using store credit

    I just bought something for the second time from the online shop with store credit. I sent back something before because it wasn't good quality and got store credit back then. But now, when I tried to send this new thing back, they told me I couldn't because it was bought with store credit, even though I used some extra money too. The customer service team didn't help at all. I would suggest not using this website or buying anything from it.

    I was really surprised by how awful their return process was. There was no personal touch at all, and it was so inefficient. On top of that, they made me pay for the return! It was impossible to get in touch with anyone directly to sort out the problem. And to make matters worse, the item didn't even arrive on time.     My hoodie and joggers purchase

    I bought this really adorable hoodie and some joggers from Warehouse, but when they arrived they were far too big for me. I sent them back, and that's when all the problems started. I've been waiting and waiting for my refund, but it still hasn't arrived. Every time I contact customer service, they keep telling me that it will take a bit longer. It's been well over a month now and I still haven't received my money back! To make matters worse, I can't even log into my account to see what's going on. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating and disappointing!
