Two items
I recently bought two things from this Warehouse, and I have to say, I wasn't too impressed with the whole thing. First off, I didn't get an email to confirm my order, so I was left wondering if it had even gone through. Then, the items turned up separately, from different suppliers! I thought Warehouse was meant to be the place where you get everything in one go? To add to that, one of the items arrived with no paperwork, and when I tried to return it using the website, it wouldn't accept my order number. How am I meant to send something back without the right paperwork? And as if that wasn't bad enough, I didn't get any replies to my emails asking for help. All in all, a bit of a letdown that's left me doubting whether I can trust this Warehouse in the future.
Returned item
I had a bit of bother trying to return something, but this lady called Maria S from customer service was absolutely brilliant. She helped me out via text message, giving me quick and detailed replies until we sorted everything out. I'm really grateful for her help and the effort she put in to help me with my problem.
Customer service experience
I had a great time with this guy called Kent from customer service. He was quick, friendly, and really helpful. I was let down by someone else before, so Kent's help was a breath of fresh air. Pauline could definitely learn a thing or two from Kent's excellent service.
Wedding dress purchase
Recently, I bought a wedding dress at this Warehouse, but it turned out to be a bit of a let-down. I opted for the 5-7 day shipping, eagerly waiting for my dress to turn up. Sadly, I never got a dispatch email. When I contacted them to check in on my order, I found out that the warehouse team had cancelled it without giving me a heads up. I was really looking forward to wearing that dress to the wedding, so it was a real shame. It was pretty annoying to only find out about the cancellation when I contacted them myself.
Skirt purchase
I recently bought a skirt from the Warehouse website. However, when it arrived, it looked different from the photo online. I sent it back quickly for a refund, but I was disappointed when they said they wouldn't refund the postage cost. It seems like ever since they were taken over, the company's customer service has gone downhill. The customer service team didn't help at all and wouldn't pass the issue on to a manager, so I had to involve PayPal to sort it out. It's obvious that they're now more focused on fast fashion and making money rather than making sure customers are happy. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere, as there are plenty of other companies that offer better service.
Return query assistance
I got in touch with customer service the other day about a payment delay on a return I sent back. Rochelle from customer service got back to me quickly and let me know what was going on. She told me that my return had been sorted out and gave me a timeframe for when I could expect payment. I was really impressed with how smoothly the communication went and how quickly the problem was fixed. All in all, I'm happy with the customer service I received.
Customer Service Experience
I recently had a really good customer service experience with The Warehouse. I made a mistake with my email address when ordering and couldn't track my order. It was quite annoying as I like to keep an eye on my purchases. But, I decided to contact the customer service team on The Warehouse website to sort it out. The website was easy to use, so I reached out for help. I spoke to customer service reps called Darius and Mei, who were both really helpful and sorted out my issue quickly. I was really impressed by how professional and knowledgeable they were. Overall, my experience with The Warehouse's customer service team was fantastic and I'm very happy with the result.
Return process
I returned something back in January but it's been a few weeks and I still haven't received my money back. According to the tracking link, it's still on its way. I got in touch with customer service and Mary C assisted me promptly. Thanks for sorting it out so quickly, Mary! Really appreciate the great service.
Jacket too small
I bought this really cool jacket online, but when it arrived it was way too tight on me so I had to send it back. The delivery guy managed to lose it, but it's all good, I just shot the shop an email and they sorted it out in a jiffy. They gave me a refund straight away without any hassle. Big up to Micheal for being so lovely and helpful!
Second purchase using store credit
I just bought something for the second time from the online shop with store credit. I sent back something before because it wasn't good quality and got store credit back then. But now, when I tried to send this new thing back, they told me I couldn't because it was bought with store credit, even though I used some extra money too. The customer service team didn't help at all. I would suggest not using this website or buying anything from it.
Boot purchase
I bought some boots from an online shop the other day. Sadly, the heel snapped as I was trying them on, which was a bit of a letdown. But, the customer service lady, Kiana, sorted it all out straight away without any faff or back and forth, which was really nice. Now, I just hope the refund goes through smoothly.
Trousers
I bought a pair of trousers from Warehouse not long ago and got really good customer service. Rochelle helped me out with my question and fixed everything quickly. I would definitely suggest this shop for their top-notch customer service. Big thanks to Rochelle for sorting everything out for me so fast and effortlessly.
Customer service experience
The customer service agent, Richard, really listened to my concerns and took care of everything in a proper manner. He was so helpful and polite, making sure I was happy with how things were sorted out. I was really impressed with how professional and dedicated he was to giving top-notch service. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for fantastic customer support.
Wrong item received
I was really surprised by how awful their return process was. There was no personal touch at all, and it was so inefficient. On top of that, they made me pay for the return! It was impossible to get in touch with anyone directly to sort out the problem. And to make matters worse, the item didn't even arrive on time. I wasted so much time and money dealing with all of this.
Returning items
I recently had to return some things I bought, and I have to say, the customer service at this Warehouse was really good. I didn't have to wait on hold for ages, I could just message them and they replied quickly. El and Cherry were so helpful with my return. But I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I had some problems with my account in the first place, which meant I had to contact customer service. Returning things should be simple and hassle-free.
Returned item
I took something back to Warehouse, but it ended up getting lost on its way back. Luckily, when I reached out to Warehouse to explain what happened, a brilliant employee called Catherine got in touch with me quickly and sorted out a refund straight away. I was really happy with how smoothly and quickly everything was dealt with. I have to say, I was really impressed with the service!
My hoodie and joggers purchase
I bought this really adorable hoodie and some joggers from Warehouse, but when they arrived they were far too big for me. I sent them back, and that's when all the problems started. I've been waiting and waiting for my refund, but it still hasn't arrived. Every time I contact customer service, they keep telling me that it will take a bit longer. It's been well over a month now and I still haven't received my money back! To make matters worse, I can't even log into my account to see what's going on. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating and disappointing!
slow return process, have to pay for returns
The return process at this store is just terrible. It took so long for them to sort out my return, and on top of that, I had to fork out for it. It's clear that this store doesn't really value its customers. The whole thing has really put me off, and I won't be coming back here again.
Dress return
I had to send back a dress I bought because it didn't fit me properly. Luckily, the return went smoothly and I got a speedy response. Ansa was really helpful and made sure I got a quick reply. All in all, I'm happy with the customer service and can't wait to do more shopping in the future.
Return processing issue
I had a bit of a problem with a return not going through correctly. So, I sent a text and got a super quick reply saying they were dealing with other customers too. Very soon after, a lady called Mary Grace got in touch with me. She said my return had been sorted out and my money had been refunded. Mary Grace made sure to confirm that the refund would show up in my Klarna account the next day. I was really pleased with how fast and smoothly my issue got resolved. Big thanks to Mary Grace!
