Overpriced listening tool
The sales reps at this company are so sneaky. They don't give you the full picture of what their listening tool can do, making it seem much more capable than it actually is. On top of that, it's way too expensive. They conveniently forget to tell you about its shortcomings until after you've bought it. And when you need help with something, they'll act like they're going to fix it for free, but then suddenly want to charge you extra for what should have been part of the deal. It's all very untrustworthy.

Scammy transfer booking
Avoid booking with these guys, they're complete scammers! I arranged a transfer well in advance for myself, my family, and my grandkids. However, just two weeks before our trip, the driver claimed his minibus had broken down and he was unable to take us. When I reached out to the company for assistance, they asked for additional payment to provide a replacement! Despite their assurance of a refund, it has now been more than 6 weeks and I am yet to receive my money back. They keep offering excuses like "banking issues," but they were certainly quick to take my money! It's a complete scam, so don't rely on them.

Outdoor furniture purchase
I bought some outdoor furniture from this company not long ago. I was really looking forward to sprucing up my garden with the new stuff, but it's been a bit of a letdown, to be honest. They told me they'd sent out my order, but since then, I've heard nothing from the courier. When I tried to get some help from the company, all I got was vague and not very helpful answers. It feels like once the courier's got the items, the company doesn't want to know. As a customer, I think they should be providing better service and taking responsibility for what happens.

Awesome service and delivery
I recently purchased some fantastic worktops and I must say, they are absolutely brilliant! The customer service I received was simply top-notch, they kept me well informed about my delivery every step of the way. When the delivery driver called me upon arrival, I was unfortunately stuck on the motorway and couldn't get back home in time. However, he was incredibly determined to make the delivery and went above and beyond to ensure I didn't have to deal with a rescheduled delivery. He even managed to get my neighbour to accept the delivery on my behalf. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and without a doubt, I will be shopping here in the future. Also, the worktops themselves are truly beautiful.
