    Outdoor furniture set purchase

    I recently bought some outdoor furniture from this company and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole thing. The prices were good and the quality was even better than I expected. Even though it was a busy time, my stuff arrived just 2 days later, which was great considering it was Christmas. The delivery was by DPD and it came within the time they said it would. Everything was packed really well, so nothing got damaged. I liked that they offered free postage for orders over a certain amount too. I added something extra to my order and they matched the price without any fuss. The customer service was excellent, easy to get hold of and really helpful throughout. I saw some negative reviews but honestly, I couldn't fault them at all.

The ordering process was easy and I got regular updates on my order. The item arrived on Monday, as promised, and was well-packaged to prevent any damage. Some people might say there was too much packaging, but I was grateful for the extra care to keep my item safe. Overall, I was really impressed with the quick delivery and the quality of packaging.

    Garden furniture

    I recently ordered some garden furniture, and it came really quickly which was great. However, there was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery. Unfortunately, they were unable to reach my items due to someone else refusing a delivery and blocking access. It was really frustrating. Eventually, the next day they were able to successfully deliver, but sadly, two of my chairs were completely smashed. Cast Aluminum is meant to be really strong, so it must have been mishandled pretty roughly! I got in touch with customer service about the issue, and to my surprise, within just 3 days they brought me two new chairs and took away the broken ones. In the end, I was really impressed with their customer service.

    I recently bought a big BBQ from this company, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown.     Garden sofa set

    I bought a garden sofa set from this company recently, hoping to get it in time for the Bank Holiday weekend. Sadly, I was really disappointed with the whole thing. They said it would be delivered on Wednesday, but then I got a call in the afternoon saying it was postponed until the next day. The next day, after waiting around all day, they told me the delivery couldn't be done because of some issue with the driver's tachograph reading, so he had to go back without my furniture. This meant my Bank Holiday weekend was completely ruined because I didn't have any garden furniture to enjoy the sunshine with. When I phoned up to complain, all they said was "we're sorry about that", and eventually they cancelled my order. It's not right to give a delivery date if you can't stick to it, it just makes for a bad and annoying customer experience.

    I recently bought the Kettler Palma cushion storage box from Garden Furniture World, and I have to say I'm really let down by the whole experience. I had been looking forward to receiving my order for nearly two weeks, so I decided to check in on its status, only to be told that it was no longer in stock because it had been sold out. This was a real surprise to me because when I bought it, the item was definitely available, and it was even on a special offer at the time. It seems like the company never had any intention of actually sending me my order and was basically tricking customers by taking payments for items they didn't have. I'm really worried about how dishonest and shady this company is, and I'm thinking about taking legal action to deal with their deceitful behaviour. I'd advise anyone else thinking about buying from Garden Furniture World to be really careful.

    Garden heater purchase

    Oh my goodness, so I popped into this shop looking at BBQs, but ended up leaving with a garden heater! The staff there were really lovely and even gave me a great discount. And when my dog started going crazy, they didn't even bat an eyelid! This is now the third time I've purchased something from that store, even though it's a bit of a trek from my place.     Garden furniture set

    I've never been so disappointed with a purchase from a company before in my life. The garden furniture set I ordered arrived all scratched and dented, with loose screws too. I got in touch with customer service and they sent a replacement, but to my surprise, it had missing screws and some were still loose. The replacement box was damaged as well. It's a bit of a joke having to return things in a damaged box. Now I've got to fork out extra cash on bags, tape, and other bits just to fix the box to send it back. It's been a total nightmare and I definitely won't be using this company again.

    Grill and shelf

    I recently bought a grill and a shelf from this store, and I have to say I'm really disappointed with the service I got. It would have been so much better if they had realised the shelf wouldn't fit the grill before sending them out together. This mistake caused me a lot of inconvenience, and it really should have been sorted out beforehand.

    To make matters worse, I got an email telling me to place a new order for the right shelf, which was a surprise. They should have sorted it out without me having to do all that extra work. It was frustrating to go through the whole process of reordering only to find out there wasn't even a shelf available for the model of grill I bought. The lack of attention to detail and customer service really isn't good enough.

    What's more, I had to pay an extra £14 for shipping to return the wrong shelf, which just made the whole experience even worse for me.
