Returned dress
I've just tried to get a refund for a dress I returned to this company, and it's been a total nightmare. They got the dress back at their warehouse but I still haven't got my money back, despite all my efforts to chase it up. I got in touch with their head office many times but just kept getting passed around. In the end, I had to get my bank to help me dispute the charge. It's really disheartening to see a company treat its customers like this when they should be valuing them.

Electric kettle purchase
I bought an electric kettle from this shop not long ago, but it broke down quickly. However, I have to say that the customer service I got was superb. They sorted out my problem so quickly and efficiently, I was really impressed. They sent me a new kettle straight away and Alyssa, the customer service rep, was brilliant in her correspondence. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I got.

Bike shed with an apex roof
I recently bought a bike shed with an apex roof and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality of it. The ordering process on the website was really easy, and the shed arrived on time as they said it would. Putting it together wasn't too difficult, although I did need a bit of help holding the panels while I fixed them in place. I did mess up the alignment at one point, but it was an easy fix by taking out the screws and adjusting it. I decided to use screws instead of nails for extra stability. Once the shed was finished, it looked amazing and I'm very pleased with how it turned out. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Useless card in the UK
This card is completely useless in the UK, I chucked it away after just 2 months. I reckon anyone who rates it 5 stars must be on the company's payroll, there's just no other excuse for it.

Digital product
I recently bought a digital product from Startselect and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went. The whole thing was simple and I found what I wanted easily, so no complaints there. Only thing that put a bit of a downer on it was discovering an extra charge for using Apple Pay, which I wasn't expecting based on my past purchases. It would have been nice to know about this before.

Boiler service
The engineer turned up right on time at 9am and was really professional. He told me what he was going to do and checked with me before he started testing the gas pipes and hot water. I thought his manners were really polite and I was impressed with his professionalism. All in all, I'm really happy with the fantastic service he provided.

Cheap quality shoes
I've been using this website for a while now, and I've got to say, I was really let down by the shoes I bought recently. It was my third time ordering shoes from them, but the JW Anderson shoes I got ended up breaking after just wearing them once. It's got me thinking about the stuff they've got in their warehouse - are they selling old stock? As a regular customer, I expect better quality than this. This whole situation has left me feeling disappointed and annoyed, especially with how customer service dealt with it.
