Tight boots
I recently sent back some boots because they were too tight. When I got the refund, I was a bit shocked to see that some money had been taken out for return fees. I wasn't expecting that! I then wondered why the return fee was more than what I paid for delivery in the first place. I must say, I was really let down by this whole situation, especially when I've had no issues with returning items to Redfoot before. I don't think I'll be buying from them again in the future.

I recently bought a lovely set of earrings and a pendant from this online shop and I have to say I was really impressed. Pocket Sprung Mattress with Pillow Top
I bought a pocket sprung mattress with a pillow top from this shop towards the end of last year. I chose it because it had really good reviews. But I've been really let down by the quality of it. The pillow top has gone all lumpy and lost its support, which makes it really uncomfortable to sleep on and it's giving me back problems. I contacted customer service and even sent them photos, but I didn't get a helpful reply.

Cancellation policy dissatisfaction
I had a really awful time dealing with this company's cancellation policy. I contacted customer service but they were not helpful at all and wouldn't give me a refund. It was really annoying to come up against a company that wasn't willing to help me out. I wouldn't recommend booking with them because of their terrible customer service and unfair cancellation policy.

Delayed order delivery
I was really let down when my purchase didn't arrive on time. The notification I got said the item was out of stock, which would've been good to know before I ordered it. I made a point of asking for it to be here by March 25th because I needed it for a trip. I tried to see if they could speed up the delivery, but I didn't get a helpful answer. All in all, the whole ordering and delivery situation was pretty frustrating.
