Purple slippers
I recently bought myself a lovely pair of purple slippers and I have to admit, they look absolutely stunning! The quality is top-notch and I couldn't be more pleased with them. The colour matches the picture perfectly and they are really comfy to wear at home. The delivery through Yodel went without a hitch which was a relief. All in all, I'm really happy with my new slippers - a great purchase!
Two pairs of shoes
I bought two pairs of shoes from this shop not long ago and I have to say I'm really happy with the quality of them. However, I did have a problem with the sizing as the first pair I got was too small. I got in touch with customer service and they sorted out a refund for me quickly, so I could get the right size. Even though I didn't get a confirmation for my replacement order, the shoes still came on time, which I was pleased about. My only suggestion would be for the shop to think about offering half sizes as it would have made getting the right fit much easier for me.
Wedding shoes
I recently bought a pair of shoes for a wedding from this store, and honestly, I'm really disappointed with the service I got. Even though I paid extra for next day delivery, the shoes turned up on time but in the wrong size. I sent them back straight away for a refund, but I've been faced with nothing but problems and delays. The store says they've given me my money back, but I haven't seen any sign of that in my bank account yet. I've been trying to get in touch with them to sort it out, but it's been a real struggle. It's been two weeks now since I sent the shoes back, and I'm still waiting for my money. I'd recommend avoiding this place if you want quick service and smooth transactions.
New shoes
Lovely shoes! This company is always reliable to buy from. I've purchased quite a few pairs of shoes over the years and never had any problems. The whole process, from making a secure payment to receiving the delivery, is really simple. I'll definitely be shopping with them again. Good job!
Recent shoe purchase
I've recently bought a pair of shoes online and had a bit of a nightmare with the exchange system. It just wasn't working properly and made it really tough for me to return or swap the shoes. To top it off, the company doesn't even have a phone number for customer enquiries, which I thought was a big warning sign. The chat system was down too, so it was a real headache trying to sort things out. When I finally heard back after emailing, all I got was a generic response saying I'd have to wait 5 days for a proper reply. Plus, they warned me not to send more emails or I'd be put at the back of the queue.
Brown cork toe post sandals
I was really surprised by how great the brown cork toe post sandals I got from here are. They're made from real leather and are super comfy to wear. I wasn't sure at first because they were much cheaper than other brands, but I have to admit, the quality is excellent. I might even look into buying another pair from them because I'm so impressed. One thing they could do better is to offer half sizes in their range as I do like a more precise fit.
Slippers
The slippers from this shop are honestly the best I've ever had. I've actually bought a second pair, not because the first ones were faulty, but because I wore them so much that I realised how great they were. The quality is top-notch, they are so comfortable and, most importantly, super warm. I can also vouch for their durability, as my first pair lasted a long time. When it comes to the price, I think they offer fantastic quality for the price they charge. There are other brands that ask for much more, but I believe Redfoot is unbeatable in terms of value for money, comfort, and overall quality.
Tight boots
I recently sent back some boots because they were too tight. When I got the refund, I was a bit shocked to see that some money had been taken out for return fees. I wasn't expecting that! I then wondered why the return fee was more than what I paid for delivery in the first place. I must say, I was really let down by this whole situation, especially when I've had no issues with returning items to Redfoot before. I don't think I'll be buying from them again in the future.
Practical boots, slippers as a gift
I recently bought some really practical boots and cosy slippers as a present from a lovely little company. They were on sale, so I got a really good discount on them. The prices were much better than other online stores selling similar items. The boots were of amazing quality, beautifully made and packaged in eco-friendly materials. The slippers I got were also great, I already have a pair from this company and I really like them. I've shopped with this company before and I've always been happy with what I've bought. It's worth mentioning that their own brand shoes can sometimes be a bit on the small side, so I'd suggest going up a size.
Men's shoes purchase

Holiday shoes shipped to Spain
I bought some shoes to be sent to me on my holiday in Spain. Tim from customer service gave me a discount on the shipping, which was really helpful after Brexit. But, the shoes got stuck at customs for a whole two months. It was so annoying! Both Tim and later Sarah kept in touch with me the whole time, updating me on what was happening. When they finally got the shoes back from customs, they sent them on to me quickly and without any extra charges.
Luxurious and durable slippers

I've bought from this company in the past, so when I needed new slippers, I went straight to them. Perfect purchase
I have to say, these shoes are absolutely spot on. I was so pleasantly surprised at how simple it was to buy them, and they arrived right on schedule. They look exactly like they were described, and the quality is top-notch. But what really blew me away was the price - almost three times cheaper than a popular competitor, and they're made of real leather. You can't get better than that! I am more than happy with my purchase and will definitely be returning for more.
Black boots, that were actually grey
I ordered a pair of black boots in the belief that I was buying some British-made footwear that was on sale.
What I received was a pair of scratched and scuffed *grey* boots that were made in India. The quality was outstandingly poor and an eyelet fell out before I could even try them on!
There was no paperwork for faulty returns included, and there is no information in their website. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that the customer shouldn't have to bear the cost of a faulty return. It also says that the customer must be refunded within 14 days of the seller receiving the faulty goods back.
I contacted the company and eventually after sending photos of the faulty boots, they conceded and sent me a link to use an electronic deposit box (InPost Locker) for the return.
The tracking showed that they received the faulty boots back on the 12th of November, and I'm still waiting for the refund on the evening of December 2nd!
