Pet insurance for my older cat
I decided to go for pet insurance for my older cat from Petwise and I must say, I was really impressed with their service! Even though my cat is getting on a bit, I still managed to get a really good deal for the insurance. Sadly, my cat passed away just before the renewal was due, but when I got in touch with Petwise, they were so understanding and cancelled the last month of the insurance, giving me a refund without any fuss. They even helped out with covering the cremation costs through an end-of-life care claim. At first, there was a little delay in getting all the required information from my vet, but once that was sorted, the claim payout came through quickly. I have to admit, the folks over at Petwise were incredibly helpful, very professional, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I really can't fault them, they truly went the extra mile to support me during a tough time. Huge thanks to you, Petwise!

Treadmill Purchase
I recently went to buy a treadmill and I have to say, being able to try it out in person before buying was really helpful. It definitely makes a difference when deciding on such a big piece of fitness equipment. The choice of treadmills was good, with plenty of options to pick from. The customer service, especially from a guy called Lewis, was top-notch. Lewis knew his stuff, gave me some great advice, and let me take my time to think things through. I was really impressed with how the staff looked after me.

Flight cancellation chaos
I've had another flight cancelled by this airline, so I had to book a last-minute alternative which ended up costing more. It's been so frustrating as I've lost some precious vacation days because of this. I can only submit a claim closer to my departure date, but the expenses need to be paid upfront. I'm not sure if the claim will even be accepted. It's made me feel like I'm just a number to them, not a valued customer.

My too-small top
I ordered this top and it turned out to be way too small. But luckily, getting a refund was really easy! The folks at the store were really nice and helped me out without any problems. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process and made sure I was kept informed. Massive thumbs up for their customer service!

Cotinus Royal Purple
Dishonest, deceitful, a total con! Their guarantee is worthless, they do not take phonecalls, they do not answer emails, they ignore complaints. They shouldn't be allowed to trade or steal our money.
I ordered a shrub from Gardening Express in Feb 2021, described by them as 'established and bushy'. That was a lie. I got a twig 7" tall with 3 spindly 'branches'. I complained immediately and was told to give it time, it would thrive come spring. It did not thrive, it languished and slowly died. I sent many emails with photos but they ignore them. Their website now states that, for a refund or replacement, they need the dead plant returned, in its original pot(!), with the original label and proof of purchase and at my expense. That is ludicrous and just means the guarantee is useless. I am currently waiting on their chat facility, have been for 22 minutes and the only thing I see is "currently replying in under 2 hours"! My advice is clear: YOU SHOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
